    Bought 3 boxes of the solar string lights last year. One of the boxes were a pack of 2 lights. The other 2 were single lights. Didn't open or use them. Put them away for the next year - which is this year. Opened the 2 single boxes and they were fine. But in the double light box, the part that attaches to the back of the solar panel were broken. Basically shattered, such that there's no way to attach them to the backs of the solar panels. Can't even glue them back together to try that.Customer service says they're going out of business and they don't have any of these lights anymore, and I can't get these stakes from them, even if I want to purchase them, not just get them for free. They suggest getting them at any hardware store.These stakes aren't something that can be purchased ANYWHERE, let alone at any hardware store. So now I have 2 strings of solar panel lights that I can't stake in the ground. No way to hang them up, either.VERY poor customer help. Not pleased at all. May be why they're going out of business...........

    Refer to Order #BO39323 Purchased 28 ColorGlow solar powered LED fixtures in June of 2022 and added a 2 year protection plan option to this order. 19 of the fixtures have fully stopped functioning and the other 9 only operate for about 2 hours. I have attempted to email & call Brightology multiple times for over a week now with no success. I just want them to honor the protection plan I paid for and even if they simply send me replacement batteries for these units, which is most likely the case, I can replace them myself.

    I expected more. The lights is very small and doesnt give enough brightness as it was stated. They were expensive. I spent $180 and theyre not worth that amount of money for the low quality of light. However, if youre just looking for a little light its good for you.

    Hello. Please refer to my order B062735 it arrived yesterday and there was no packing material in the box and since I ordered 4 boxes one was loose and moving. Should have been secured. I opened them today and 1 light is broken off from the solar ************ of plastic are missing so I tried to glue it but too much missing. I think it was broken before the packaging. Anyway. How do I arrange to get the one replaced. Tried to contact chat. They never ever responded after one hour. Tried to call them. After ringing and ringing finally a recording came and said a customer care professional will call you back ************ has a very serious non existent customer service and I wish I never bought anything from them. Spent ********************************************************************************************************************************************** have working there. You should be embarrassed. **************** is KEY to every company. GET ONE QUICK.

Our email is always open and you can always reach us that way. I see that you have contacted our support team Wed Nov 9th and a replacement order has been sent to you. If the replacement order is damaged please reply to the email our support manager sent today 11/15/22 in attempt to resolve this issue.

    I bought 24 lights all exposed to full bright sun of Miami. They work for 1 hour and die I left 5 messages over a week to customer service and they never call back.

    I purchased ColorGlow. They don't strobe as well as the first day. But, I set them in a metal pail in my yard at night w/ the light side up and it sends out beautiful wide glow.

    I placed and order for 24 lights and only 2 still work after only a few weeks **************** just will not give me the time of day. STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHTOLOGY!!!!!!!

    I bought 2 sets. Put them out front. Only lit up for 4 hours. Moved them to the back of the house lit for 3 hours. Moved them again to the left and then the right side of the house lit for 2 hours. Not one day where they lit for 8 hours like they said they would. I have direct sunlight 12 ***** hours a day. There are no trees. Complete waste of money do not buy!!

    Two of the lights did not work straight out of the box after pulling the tab for light to come on. When I contacted customer service, the response was that I did not know how to operate the lights. When I attempted to respond to their email, both responses bounced back and their address no longer works., It is unfortunate that the are choosing to not rectify this matter.

    Wish I would of read all these reviews before I purchased the Ultra Luma lights. What a waste of money. I live in ******* and all the plastic insides warped and that caused all the s**** attachment to break. I do not recommend this product at all. Just throwing them away.
