      On October 7, 2024 I ordered a Best Choice Products 10x10ft 2-Tier Outdoor Square LED Cantilever Patio Umbrella through the ******* App. I received the umbrella, set it up with no problems. It looked nice and was just what I ordered. In early December we stowed the umbrella and put the cover on it for the winter. In April 2025 we uncovered the umbrella and were opening it up when the crank broke. I removed the crank to fix it but it cannot be repaired. On April 28th 2025 I reached out to BCP via chat on there website. I explained the issue and asked if I could purchase a replacement crank so I could open our umbrella. *** told me that since I bought the umbrella through WM I would have to go through the ************************** for any returns or replacements. I reached out to *** two more times because I was not asking to return or replace anything, I just needed a part for one of their products. Each time the answer was the same, call ***. I called *** four different times and spoke to a supervisor each time. On 5/4 I talked to ******, on 5/10 I talked to ********** on 5/21 I talked to ********, on 5/30 I talked to ******** and ******.I was told that because it was past the 60 day return/replacement policy there was nothing they could do and to reach out to BCP. I reached out to BCP via chat again and got the same answer so I requested a phone call, after three or four days I finally got a phone call. I talked to two different people, told them the whole story and asked them to please let me buy a crank so we could open our umbrella. They gave me the exact same resolution using the exact verbiage about reaching out to *** even after I explained I had talked to *** at least four times about this and they would not help me. I asked to speak to an owner or someone in charge and the call was disconnected. On June 2nd I received an email from *** stating the there was nothing they could do, I would have to go through ***. I am just trying to get a part.

As much as we would like to assist you, please know that the crank for this umbrella is out of stock and we have no date set to receive new inventory for the part. Secondly, please know that we our bound by our agreement with ******* that all WFS orders are processed through ******* ****************** and their customer service handles all customer issues for these orders.       I purchased a adjustable base bed from a third party seller, Best Choice Products, through ******, on February 6, 2025.I did not purchase an extended warranty.The bed failed to work on June 3, 2025.I asked ****** if they could locate a repair service for me.They said that any repairs were between myself and Best Choice Products.After repeated attempts to communicate with Best Choice Products, they refuse to talk to **** live in a rural area, I am an elderly disabled vet, and need help.

      I purchased a 3 seat outdoor convertible swing in 2023 and it needs a replacement seat. Since it is past the warranty period, the company suggested i purchase a new swing as they don't sell replacement parts. *** can the company recommend where to buy parts. How is this good business?       I placed an order with ****** for a patio umbrella. The item was delivered to the wrong address and I was told by ***** to contact ******. ****** then says that it was actually a third party vendor so I need to contact Best Choice Products. I contacted Best Choice and I was told there was nothing they can do since the package was delivered successfully. I explained to them that it was not delivered successfully because I did not receive the order and it was ordered to the wrong address. Best Choice told me there was nothing they could do. I contacted ***** again and again was told to contact the vendor. I contacted ****** who said there was nothing they could do because it was ordered through the third party vender Best Choice. Best Choice said there is nothing they can do. This is unacceptable.

      The Christmas tree has the bottom lights out of the bottom half of the tree. The tree is in three parts the very bottom trunk part is not lighting up. I contacted the company because it says they have a 5-year warranty for spare parts. They refuse to assist me and told me they will not help me. I've sent emails and called them several times and they refuse to send me replacement bulbs, replacement lights, or a replacement Christmas tree, or issue me a refund. I would like to have either of complete refund so I can rebuy another tree or a brand new replacement.

      On December 15th, I placed an order for a 12v electric ride on car for $107.99. The order was supposed to arrive the 18th and never showed up and now it is saying it will be here the 24th. The issue is the tracking only says label created nothing has changed in three days and no movement, and when I contact the seller they say it might be out of stock, which makes no sense because if its out of stock it should have never been said to be shipped and a shipping label should have never been created. The only reason for this is so that customers cant receive their money back after being scammed, in their Amazon reviews there are nothing but people with the same issue and ****** is doing nothing about it. I cant buy my son anything for Christmas because they took my money and wont give it back until the day after Christmas and its all apart of their scam because from the reviews theyve done it to countless people.

All it does is tell you to hold on a moment and nothing. No reply. I have a 6 year old grandchild who is thinking this item will be there Christmas morning.       I ordered a fire pit from this company that was never delivered. I have emailed, chatted, and spoke to several *** with no success for a refund.       Purchased BCP 3-seat L-shape Tufted Faux Leather Sectional Sofa Couch Set w/*************, Ottoman Bench-White, via *********** on 10.27_2024. Two large boxes 90 and 72 lbs were delivered to the address on *****. Daughter and friend carried upstairs to 2nd floor apt as I am 60 and have 3 major health issues. Upon unboxing was clear that chaise-lounge piece had been shipped previously used and damaged as the foam wrapping was on the outside and the inside was dirty. Also dirt in the crevice. The second box contained the 2nd part that the chaise lounge connects to and appeared undamaged. There was no ottoman as advertised in either box nor a third box in the shipment. See photos. To get a refund company is telling me I must repack and load the 90 and 70 lbs boxes in a vehicle and get to a ***** shipping location which is physically impossible for health and auto reasons - I have expressed this numerous times. Don't understand why as they were delivered to my dooorstep. Meanwhile both my living room and my funds are tied up in limbo. Since I am unable to return these items and since they won't pay for ***** to come in and pick up, I want the ottoman shipped to me and a refund for the product that I can use towards repairing and cleaning the items. Feeling very much scammed here! Incomplete order as (falsely) advertised, what arrived was damaged and used (again said new--no mention of used), and company refuses to pay for pick-up to return for refund.

      I purchased the Best Choice Products 10ft Solar LED Offset Hanging Market Patio Umbrella twice, once directly from Best Choice Products. Once from ******, both units have broken after minimal use. The first umbrella, bought from ***, rusted at the bottom as though it had been previously used. The second, purchased from ******, broke at the top due to a plastic failure after only three uses. I was away most of the summer due to my mother's illness and barely used the umbrella before it broke.**** support informed me that both items are outside the 60-day warranty, and no replacements can be offered without an extended warranty. Given my unusual circumstances and minimal usage of these umbrellas, I'm requesting an exception to the policy for at least one replacement or repair solution.
