      On May 21, 2021 I purchased 8 "Outdoor Metal Raised Garden Bed for Vegetables, Flowers, Herbs" from Best Choice Products because they were advertised as being made from powder coated steel. This is because powder coated steel is rated to last at least 20 years outdoors. We immediately assembled them and filled them with OMRI premium gold compost. This year, we cleaned out the beds and discovered that they had all rusted on the inside. The paint is not powder coated and is bubbling and flaking off into the soil. I have no idea what the paint is made of, but the product bears a Prop 65 warning, telling me it's possible the unprotected/rusted metal and/or the paint could be lead based. Not only are these beds not made of their advertised material, they have become a possible health hazard for our farm and our family. Now we need to throw away the perennial plants and fruit bushes inside them, dispose of them according to county guidelines, purchase 8 garden bed replacements, and get yards of compost delivered to fill them.

      We sincerely apologize that there was rust on the insides of your Best Choice Products 6x3x1ft Outdoor Metal Raised Garden Beds. Regarding the Prop 65 Warning on your garden beds. The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of **** (Proposition 65) requires all businesses to include a warning for customers in the ******************* identifying certain chemicals that are in the businesss products.  As a valued customer we want to make sure you are aware of the make-up of our products and that is why you are seeing this warning on our product. We understand that this has not been an ideal experience for you and your family. We will be contacting you directly to further discuss the details you recently provided to **.       Ordered a very expensive outdoor set that does not meet our quality expectations. The boxes it came in were damaged beyond repair when delivered and opening so we cannot use them for return.       On April 6, 2021 I had purchased a BCP mixer from ******** Since then I have contacted BCP to secure another wisk attachment for this mixer. I WAS told by the company: Unfortunately, we can only sell fully furnished products as we received them from our manufacturer in a complete set and ship it to our customers. You may try to search online, especially in ******* and I hope you may find the replacement whisk part that you need. Also please understand that we cannot tell which brand where you should buy a compatible whisk. This was the message that they kept repeating in emails, even after I asked who their manufacturer is. I still have all emails from the company, basically telling me good luck you are on your own. I would have at least they would have stood behind their brand considering the price I paid for this appliance that has lost half it's functionality because of one part. I HAVE been searching for this part for quite a while yet, as I did not expect a "freebie" from the company and wished to purchase it. I have been on *******'s website, I have visited their store, I have even googled the company, the mixer, the brand, all in hopes of buying this attachment, but it is not available anywhere that I can find because of it's design. Therefore, contacting the manufacturer is the ONLY OPTION LEFT but i can't do that if they refuse to help me by contacting them themselves, or at least giving me the information so that I can contact the manufacturer directly.

      Purchased items from Best Choice Products online. They had my old address on file so I immediately contacted them to tell them to use my new address. They refuse and say contact ******, they say they cant contact BCP. They still refuse to update my address and deliver to my current address. I ask to cancel order then. They refuse. I said thats stealing and Im contacting BBB. They even said multiple times for me to just go to the old address to pick it up or ask a neighbor!

      Last December, during the post Christmas sales, we saw artificial Christmas trees advertised by your company online. The trees were pictured as full and lush and were on sale for $200 ********, regularly priced at $300 ********. We purchased a tree and put it in storage until this year. Today we opened the box and attempted to erect the tree. We had to retap all the holes in the stand. Even then, it would not set up at right angles. Section A of the tree had to be driven into the tree with a block and a hammer. Once erected, the tree was so ugly that we wouldnt think of using it in our house. The branches had needles only halfway up, leaving bare sticks the rest of the way and the branches themselves were sparse. It looked like a tree worth $25 not $300. We are disgusted with the poor quality of this product, certainly the worst in our experience. It has gone back into the box and will likely end up in the landfill as we cant think of anyone who would want such a poor quality item in their home. As far as were concerned, Best Choice Products is synonymous with junk!

      I ordered a 5 piece dining set off Amazon SKU #YJX3001-1 ON 11/3/2022. I received the item on 11/9/22. I put it together 11/16/2022 only to find that one of the chairs has uneven legs and is completely unstable. Also the suction cups to secure the glass top to its frame was not included in my package. Without the suction cups the glass slides easily off the table frame and has no security whatsoever. I cannot even utilize the table due to the glass shifting at every touch. Reached out to BCP and even sent pictures of my purchase and told me they cannot help me because I bought the item off Amazon. I would have accepted if they were willing to send the missing pieces to the table and a replacement chair. I am even willing to pay at this point because the table is already put together and I cannot return the item since I no longer have the boxes and I live on the 3rd floor, not to mention I've already assembled the entire dining set. Amazon only offered a discount because the seller is no longer associated with them to even reach out to obtain missing pieces and or replacement. Per the website for BCP if the item is reported within 7 days for damage or missing items BCP would assist with replacements. I have don't know if I can even buy the missing piece myself to at least secure my glass top.

      I understand that I order through a third party. As a business/manufacturer to allow customers to rpay for parts and order provide information on the parts required to be able to replace them. I called to get measurements and or required parts and I could not even get that assistance.

      Date of transation was 6/9/2022. Acoustic electric bass guitar with *****************, in natural color. This bass fell once and had a clean break right at the neck. I only had this for two months and for it to break that easily tells me that there was probably a crack in the neck.
