      I visited the chipotle in ******* ** off I 35 at 5:45 on 8/20. There were four young employees there one being brand new. There was no chicken and no one cooking any. The grill was completely caked with burnt black stuff. There was also a pile of the burnt stuff they must have scrapped off early. The table behind the count that they use had split food all over it. They had very little of the other meats and the barbacoa was giant chunks covered in fat. The new employee who I felt sorry for because you can tell he was not trained properly put the huge scoop of hot sauce on the bowl he was making for me which probably ended up being between a 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of salsa. It was so gross the person behind us waiting in lines left and we also ended up walking out because they didnt have a lot of the stuff we wanted and the bowl that they did make looked disgusting. This is a convenient location and has a drive through. We have tried to multiple times recently and food has been wrong when picked up. When go in to speak with the manager the excuse is they are under staffed. Even if understaffed yes your business might be slower but if trained properly it will still be right and good. If the health department went in that location right now they would be lucky to get a C.

      First I want to say I love Chipotle, wtbs I ordered food tonight through their website that came to $58 and some change which was all the money that I had. I was ordering food for me and my children to eat for dinner tonight I received a message after a while saying that the order had been modified or canceled I reached out to support team to find out why my order had been canceled and all they could tell me is that it was canceled. I also tried to call the store but got an automated response that took me around in circles and then finally I got the phone to ring and no one answered. I was informed by the support team that I would get a refund but it wouldnt show up on my card until two or three business days later. This is a problem because now I cant even order anything else to eat because that was my last. It would have been nice to know at least why my order was canceled. This is the first time something like this has happened and I hope that it is the last. It is just really sad right now because we have nothing to eat.

      On 8/19/22 the guest reached out via the live messaging channel, and our chatbot Pepper fully refunded the order. As the refund was processed the same day that the order was placed, it should fall off the customer's account rather than post as a separate charge and refund, but it may take 3-5 business days for the customer's bank to complete the process.On 8/19/22 and 8/22/22 the guest also called the ************* phone line and spoke with agents. ************* agents do not have visibility into why an order has been canceled--it may stem from various issues with the restaurant or our delivery partner--which is why agents could not give a specific reason.

      The staff working at the counter certainly could use a weeklong course in customer service orientation. Walked up to the counter to place an order, the young lady offered no greeting, nor did she ask what I would like. Instead, she acted as if I was imposing. Furthermore, I notice an inconsistency in how portions of food are dished out between certain customers. Last week, the rice was not completely cooked however did not discover that until after we got home and started eating. If it wasn't a 20-minute drive one way, I would have taken it back. Recommendations on how to make your store better; don't hire high school kids who believe that they're entitled. Granted fast food service is an entry level job but at least teach these kids how to properly treat customers. Have an adult manager watch and supervise and ensure all customers get the same food portions. Have someone test the food before you serve it to ensure that it is thoroughly cooked.Lastly what is a franchise fee? I didn't notice until I go home and looked at my receipt. I pay for the food; I pay the sales tax and now I'm having to pay a franchise fee?I won't be back to Chipotle in ******* any time soon. You guys ****

      To whom it may concern,The address of the Chipotle I took my girlfriend to and had a bad experience and was charged a Franchise Fee is *************************************************. I didnt respond earlier primarily because I have no intentions of going back. I doubt very seriously if anything will change. It was bad experience and the next time I take my girlfriend out for dinner, we will go some place where the staff at least appears to appreciate our business. However I do appreciate the fact that you at least took the time to respond. Thank you.V/R ***********************

      Terrible location. This chipotle makes all the other ones look great Is it some kind of corporate conspiracy??? Or do you strategically hire worthless people at this location? Quit messing with what I pay you hard earned money for. Last warning

      I visited Chipotle in ******** ********** at ***********************************. and had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Not only was this location out of Steak, Chips, Sour Cream, and Cheese (which they told me they've been out of since 7 PM), but they also had the worst food handling and food safety skills I've ever seen. After getting to the end of the line with two bowls, I was informed that they had no chips, so I said I'll just take a side of guac without the chips. Instead of putting it in a side container, the guy making food on the line added the guac to one of my bowls. I informed them that I don't want guac on my bowl because I don't eat it (the side was for my gf), the guy on the line then said should I remake it to which I replied "yes". Then the cashier stepped in and said "No, don't remake it, just remove the guac". The guy assembling the food then proceeded to stick his hand directly into my bowl (didn't change gloves after handling everyone elses food) and proceeded to pull out all of the lettuce and guac on the top of my bowl and throw it directly into the trashcan. Then added more lettuce and acted like everything was normal. I was disgusted and appalled and then the cashier, acting like nothing was wrong, rang up the bowls and expected full payment. He saw nothing wrong with what just happened and clearly the guy on the line (who knew better and asked if it should be remade) just followed along with the terrible and unsafe food practices suggested by the cashier. All in all a disgusting performance and one that will ensure I never return. After reaching out for support, I wasn't offered a refund - I was offered two free burrito bowls to be used within 30 days. Completely unacceptable and all around another horrendous experience at Chipotle.
