1 star**** said it would be a 1 time fee plus a fee for the Dr. **** have repeatedly charge my account ***** for 2 months know. I have called and asked them to stop. **** said it was for a subscription. I never asked for a subscription and they never asked if I wanted one. I told them I just need a letter for where I live and nothing else. I will never use this sight again. Know I have to go through and stop payment which I will be charged for and change my card this causes so much stress..Review fromMichael D

They were very helpful. I got my cat ***** certified. I chose what plan I want and the doctor called me asked s couple questions and the very *** day .she was approved to be an emotional support animal. They make it easy to follow instructions. I would recommend this business 100%American Service Pets

I requested help with an emotional support animal - however, they refuse to leave a number that I can call them back at so I would get phone calls and not know where they were from and then have no way to return the phone call - finally they said they would call me in like a 2 to 3 hour window of time which I could not answer because I was driving. They sent a threatening email to say to a veteran with PTSD the disabled veteran with PTSD they threatened and said we will have to deny your request for an emotional support animal. If you do not pick up the phone at this time, they refuse to leave a phone number for this so called provider so I have requested a Refund in full and they declined to do that as the other reviews state they will not refund $25 because they counted it as a referral fee. This is a total scam and my doctor even told me to try not to use this type of service online ever again because it does not help you and you do not need to use it you can ask your primary care doctor for this letter.American Service Pets

Applications submitted through American Service Pets are referred to independently licensed mental health providers for evaluation. The provider you were referred to attempted to reach you on April 26, April 28, and May 5, 2025, leaving voicemails each time. An email was also sent to notify you of the upcoming call and provide the timeframe that she would be available to call you.
You contacted our support team on May 7, 2025, and your refund was processed on May 8, 2025. The $25 referral fee is non-refundable, as it is paid from you directly to the provider and covers the cost of initiating the provider referral.
Not all primary care providers issue *** letters, which is why our service connects individuals with licensed professionals who specialize in these evaluations.
Were grateful for your feedback and your service. If theres anything more we can do, please dont hesitate to reach out.

This is 100% due to customer **********************. AI responses and I was told they do not have a customer ********************** email to address my issue I had, that I could only discuss matters over the phone during their business hours. They charged me a fee and couldn't even give me an update on the service I paid for! This companies customer ********************** policy is HORRIBLE and it wasnt even worth getting the documents I pay A LOT of money for. If I could get a refund I would.American Service Pets

This was very, very easily done. The only thing that was not good, was that I didnt get the discount when I put the discount code. I put it in, **** did not get it. So thats the only thing that I did not like, but everything else was nice.American Service Pets

Very seamless process. Ended up needing to call customer ********************** (not for anything ASP did) and the lady who helped me was phenomenal. I wish that I could remember her name so I could give her dedicated praise. She was patient with my frustration and difficulty communicating, and made sure my situation was resolved before hanging up with me. She didn't tell me what I could do and essentially "wish me luck", but rather took time to help me with forms and make sure they were sent off in a timely manner and was able to give me an immediate update on the process. It was relieving having someone help me that truly seemed invested in taking care of me, and not just because it's their job. True genuine human care. That's the type of people we need in customer facing industries, and ******************** does it RIGHT.American Service Pets
