      WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Applied for an *** Bundle in February & purchased rush fee. We received our approval TWO weeks later (rush fee refunded) yet NEVER received my physical bundle (*** Letter/Card/ect) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I acknowledge customers ********************** for answering the phones after calling FOUR times (rush fee & mailing docs) but still NEVER got my physical bundle after FIVE months. WILL NOT use this company in the future. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

      Being a recipient for several years I am convinced that all owners of fur babies should enroll in this program to offset the fees landlords charge for our support animals.

      Well they say you will get it by 48 hours it's a lie and I paid 99 dollars at first it was 109 I'm just not happy because I still haven't gotten. The paper work yet n it's been two days going on the third

      I used this company years ago with no problem, but out of the blue, this company starts falsely charging me fees for a service I didnt order, and I am stuck with the $65 dollar charges

      I asked for a refund a month ago because the apartment that my son lives in doesn't accept their certification letter. I have tried to call numerous times no one calls back. I have sent so many emails and keep getting the same answer contact customer ********************** but I can't reach anyone. my emails are signed ***** ******, I cannot reach anyone!!!

      My husband told me about their services and I have to admit it has been an amazing experience.Both my husband and myself have an apartment and needed the accommodation letter ant American Service Pets made it such an amazing experience and very respectful. We both have the our dog registered as an *** and our landlord accommodated our dog once we got the housing letters.I have told my coworkers about ASP and they ask me if it's a lot of work to get the approval and I inform them that the process is really enjoyable and you don't feel any sort of vulnerability in explaining yourself. I inform people that ASP is there to help you have you pet be able to be with you weather you need just an accommodation letter or if you need to have your dog be a service animal.American Service Pets is hands down in my opinion worth every cent. The support they offer is not just limited to obtaining the letters. My husband had a question and called them up and gave his name and ID number and you helped him with his question. After the phone call he came and told me that this company (***) is one of the best he has ************** if you're looking into this company for your pet please don't hesitate.

      So far, I am absolutely satisfied with this service. I was approved for the apartment I needed and didn't have to give up my fur babies. I only give 4stars because I was never told when I would get their vests. I hope it's before we move. If not, I really hope it can be forwarded to our new residence.

      Instructions were given to me to follow and I did and the paperwork was delivered to me much earlier than it was supposed to, with the therapist's name and all. I was able to use it to move into a place without all of the crazy pet deposit and pet rent. AND best of all, because of this letter, I get to keep my beloved furrbaby with me.

      I absolutely love American Service Pets. Both my *** dogs are Registered through this service. It's a great way for me to take them everywhere. Especially when I feel anxious, or having a attack. Thank you so much for being here for them both. You guys are Awesome.
