I purchased a 2014 cla250 . The car was selling for $16,000. After interest, this company wanted me to pay $30,000. My payment was $500 a month! I had the car for a little over a year. Always paid. My work season slowed down over Christmas and I became 2 months late. Instead of giving me time to get back to work, they repo the car. No warning. No letter. No voicemails. No mail. No email notification. NOTHING. But didn't matter that I had no warning. They repoed the car all the way to another state!!United Auto Credit Corporation

I purchased a 2013 ****** rav 4 Vin # ***************The car was ********* loan # *************I put $5,000.00 down Reference app # ******** on 12/3/25 I also made a balloon payment to principal on 1/20/25 in the amount of $1,000 on 1/20/25 I also made a ****** payment on 1/3/25 I also made a 300 payment on 2/2/25 Please advise how your ledger balance on the loan is $9,498.36 I am assuming my balloon payment was applied incorrectly to monthly payments and I was told the payment would be applied to principal. I have no idea how a total of ******** in payments in less than 60 days on a ********* loan leaves the outstanding balance of $9,498.36 I am requesting a evaluation of my account, the ***0 payment to be applied correctly, and a ledger provided to me of how and when payments are applied. The balance of the loan should be under 7k at this point, there is a significant discrepancy and misappropriation of funds. Please advise I cant get anyone to contact me to resolve this or do a full audit of the account because in 60 days after $******** in payments on a ****** loan we should be under 7 k and you have my balance at $9,498.36 no response or resolution i will update when company acknowledges the for lack of a better word "theft"United Auto Credit Corporation

I purchased a ****** car from them and put 5 k down and made a 1k balloon payment in the first thirty days and I still owe 11k and Ive had the car less than 60 days How does that even happen? Not accommodating to issues in the slightest, I hate that Ally Auto offloaded the debt to this company everyday. I have gone through financial woes and am close to having the means to pay months that were missed Stop using the phrase "broken promises" and tracking conversation data like so. It is rude and gives the impression that this is a personal mistake.I have put thousands of dollars into a new engine into this vehicle due to neither their insurance, nor the dealer, nor *** taking accountability. So even in that regard, I have only the goodwill of an Indiana dealership for even keeping this car runningUnited Auto Credit Corporation

I wish I had read these reviews before I ever agreed to go through this company. This company will call you ********************************** the **. They are very threatening and so rude. I may not have the best of credit but I myself nor anyone else deserve to be treated the way your representatives treat people. I am 8 days behind right now and I have received 8 phone calls today in the last 4 hours from 8 different states. Absolutely ridiculous.United Auto Credit Corporation

My car was stolen 45 days after I purchased and car still hasn't been located. It's been missing for 30 days now and I called to speak with a representative,she was very disrespectful,laughed in my face. Long story short I financed a car through them, shortly after the car stopped running and I put thousands of dollars into repairs! When I purchased the vehicle I made a down payment and 12 months of payments, I became ill and missed 3 payments and when I asked what was needed to get the car back they said the original price of the car , Im confused where my down payment and 12 months of payments went??? Literally the balance for the car nor the interest was reduced thus company is a complete scamUnited Auto Credit Corporation

Dont do business with this company. Its ran like a collection company, not a lender. Fell behind on my payments and was told a unit is out to ***o my car okay. Spoke to another *** and they said this is not the case. What kind of company threatens its customers?? Its bizarre and Im sure not following best practices.United Auto Credit Corporation

This is literally the WORST company ever! PLEASE save your time, I was told by the bank themselves that I was up to date on payments and everything and they still Repod my car!!!! They will call you from random numbers throughout the whole US and will be very threatening and demanding, they are a shady a$$ company and I dont know how they get away with it. Interest rate is insanely high and they prey on people with bad credit. Please please dont do any kind of business with United Auto CreditUnited Auto Credit Corporation

********************* Ever!!!!I have purchased a vehicle with gap coverage thru a shady dealership and this company does nothing but help them get there money and s**** people over. I bought the vehicle 2 weeks later it gets repo'd because the company never even had the lien to my vehicle. A whole other company was looking to pick it up for non payment. After 3 months of calling and trying to get my truck they made me go get from the original dealer with my radio unistallled money missing from vehicle and with 8k miles more then originally. The truck was used and abused while i paid for it. when i got my truck back thhe truck ran like c*** 4k later my truck got fixed. Time goes by i get crack on windshield ***** sends company to fix my window. guy fixing window take car down road to callibrate cameras and he crashes my car and ruins it the undercarrage of vehicle. Called gieco they dropped my coverage when i tried to do claim. (have a lawyer involved for this) i called united auto explaing my sitaution and they said my gap dont cover that. so i tried calling talking managent to help me in this siutation and all i have gotten is harraseing and threatening phone calls from there employees even from there personal phone numbers. i asked for them to pick it up and they refuse to telling me i have to pay...hurricane mitlton hit our house and my house got ruined and my vehicle got flooded during storm. i explained to them i wanted them to pick up before and now thats its flooded they are calling me dailly harrasing my friends and family asking for money but wont pick up vehicle. i contacted a lawyer for this as well and are currently investigating everytthing. dont do businesswith united auto this more like a cartel. they are rude mean and from the threats maybe even dangeruos . ( sorry for spelling english writing skills not to par) please be aware dont use...i contacted vroom i guess they own the company but they donjt want to help out either.United Auto Credit Corporation
