They're crooks and work with the dealer ships. They know that the car dealership changed my mileage on my car, in fact they informed me. They let me know I paid ****** but now since the mileage is not accurate it lost value and is only worth ****. How is this legal? After I sign on the dotted line now its a problem with the original value of the vehicle

I will never ever do business with them again. My mom is sick with cancer and kidney failure right now. I work and take care of my mom and 6 kids. They repo my only car I had for being 1 month late.I talk to someone over there who noted my account about everything going on. They can go to h*** NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!United Auto Credit Corporation

I would never do business with them again. Got a car loan in 2019 under my uncles name. Unfortunately he passed away in April 2022. I want to change the loan to my name. I called customer service and they told me I needed to send in the death certificate with other documents. I sent all documents on 06/21/22. I called customer service and asked for an update. CSR tells me that the documents were received and that its being processed. I called again on 7/18/22, first CSR tells me that I need to refinance the car with another bank, 2nd CSR tells me that they never received the Death Certificate. Honestly its frustrating because they DO NOT HELP YOU! But when it comes down to make payments, theyre ready to receive that money. How disappointing.United Auto Credit Corporation
