This company is full of it they tried to get a lawyer to *** me for a breach of contract when I been a value customer to them its ok because when you mess with gods children karma comes back and hits you hard this company wont last they way yall do people is Ridiculous over money

My daughter bought a car with auto credit and the now they have been given my daughter the run around about her title to her car that she worked so hard to pay off these people are sad especially how they trying to get over on the younger generation this is not cool and its sure is not the way you do business they are all badUnited Auto Credit Corporation

My son took out a loan with this company which he should never in a million years have asked for and which should never in a million years have been approved. It would have taken two minutes to understand that he could not afford an additional $600.00 a month for an auto loan. My son made a terrible decision, and we will be sure he learns from his mistake, but clearly, UAC was being predatory in his case. Young adults are far too susceptible in this market. This company is the worse place to do business at , I was in a rollover accident can't work at this time ask them to move one payment to the end of my agreement wich I know they can do but they won't . the people I talked to were very rude and didn't care about anything.United Auto Credit Corporation

This company is a terrible place to do business with. I have tried NUMEROUS times to get my belongings back and every time have been dismissed or hung up on. This is very unprofessional. I missed one payment and my car was automatically repossessed with no prior notice or calls. I made sure to pay every bill on time and was always up to date on all my records and this company still repossessed my vehicle when I was less than 30 days late with less than $3000 left owed. The car was sold immediately after being repossessed and I was not given any chance to come get my belongings or make a payment. I am very ashamed that you have the nerve to call yourself a successful business when you have absolutely no care for your customers or their belongings. I had over $1,000 worth of personal belongings that I will now never get back, some of those were from when my dear family members passed away and even my wedding.United Auto Credit Corporation

I purchased a car online from one of the online dealers and the car had to be Inspected and shipped across the country . I received a welcome letter from the lien holder and hasn't received the car yet . I called in about the letter and statement to be told that nothing will be done to change anything. I will have the car for 2 weeks when I receive it and have a full payment do.United Auto Credit Corporation

I haven't had a single issue with United Auto Credit.....always on time with my payments but due to a hacking incident which closed my acct played very fair by me til things were back in order!!! Gettin something newer next yr and would gladly accept a loan from them!!!!United Auto Credit Corporation

Horrible I was sold a lemon told them it's a lemon in every aspect of the written law they ignored me then I was ran over at work communicated with them. This company is fraudulent. Bought a truck making payments. Ran into some hard times but kept in communication with the company. The company decided to repossess the truck when the truck was almost paid for. They advised it will be sold at auction. They then attempted to file an insurance claim with my former insurance company claiming damages. Why are you doing that when you are selling the vehicle at auction.? That is insurance fraud. The damages they were claiming were already done to the vehicle prior to purchase. Everyone please be aware of this company.United Auto Credit Corporation
