      Ordered an iPhone12 in "Excellent" condition. Was sent a phone with 80% from JemJem via BackMarket (should be minimum 85%), full of scratches and scuffs, and a non working 1x camera. Their support did nothing to help and kept putting it back on BackMarket. They said I would need to send in the phone to be "inspected" even though that should be their whole business model - inspecting the refurbished phone before selling. I told them I need the replacement phone first since I cannot be without mine, and they said they cannot help. If I were the **** I would investigate ****** as selling knowingly faulty products not up to standard under "Excellent" condition. Use another retailer besides JemJem!!!

      My refurbished iPhone 12 is fantastic! It's like having a brand-new phone without the high price tag. I didn't believe all I saw until I got a hold of my phone. the battery is still strong enough to run all day.
