      I engaged assistance from them to resolve tax issues. Just received a letter stating they would not be providing that help due to my poor credit. There is an automated payment set up to slowly pay their fee. Since this will be the second payment and they have informed me they will not provide the service I need them to cancel that payment. I have called twice and sent 2 messages to their support team to correct the day for the payment and now that theyve rejected the plan to help me to cancel the payment. Ive gotten no response.

      I contacted ******** tax because me and my wife owed a total of 15k to the *** for year 2023. I was trying to save some money and was told it would be $600 for them to help me out. I was told that if they couldnt find me any savings I would get my $600 back. They looked into it and said they couldnt find me anything to help me out. So then they told me they found some unclaimed income from 2022. I told them they wasnt even suppose to look into 2020. Then I spoke to my tax professional and looked into it myself and the money was claimed. So when I spoke back to ******** they said they wanted to look into it for me so I wouldnt get any penalties. They said they could roll the original $600 to do this and if they couldnt resolve anything or if the information was not correct I would get the $600 back. So they ran a report again and said there was nothing to be done with 2022 and they were going to close my case. They also set up payments for the money we owed to the *** and never spoke to me about doing so. They *** has been paid off prior to them setting the payments up. Now they wont return them Original $600 dollars. ******************************* was my case manager and was extremely helpful. Her manager ********************* was the last person I spoke to and wasnt involved until the end. She is the person that has been giving me the run around about the $600 dollars. She said she was going back to the recorded phone calls to see if thats what was told to me. Didnt hear anything back for a month and when I did it was to tell me they set up a repayment plan that I didnt want or need due to the balance was already paid. She wasnt trying to listen to me at all and would not let me speak to her superior. I have been lied to and honestly feel like I have been scammed. All I wanted was the services I paid ******** for and I understand they couldnt help save me money but they need to keep their end of the agreement and return the $600.

      $4000 was collected by Guardian Tax Relief and no services have been rendered by them aside from the information gathering. Once all information was obtained, I was told an offer in compromise would be filed and it was never filed. I obtained *********************************** personal information from social media and called her. I have called her over twenty times in the last 3 months with no response. If this does not get resolved, I will be filling a civil lawsuit to recoup the amount lost.

      Yes, this client paid for our services.  The offer in compromise was mailed to the clients home residence on 4/13 with instructions to sign and send to the IRS.  

      Yes, **************** tracked ********* down personally through online and social media and while attending her fathers funeral, he called her 8 times during the ceremony.  Did not call the office line, but called her personal cell phone.  While at a parent teacher conference, he called her from different phone numbers and consistently reached out to her personally to the point where he was harassing her on her personal devices.  

      We have no issues remailing the offer to the client and have no problem reaching out via email if **************** can respect personal and business boundaries and realize that he is a business client and harassing a single mother on her personal devices is not something that anyone should ever be allowed to do.  

      We would also request that the BBB not disclose the name and the fact that a client was able to track personal information down via the internet and in turn, we will re-mail the offer in compromise to the client.
