      Took $3,180 on a payment plan NEVER DID A THING. IM CONTACTING A LAWYER AND GO HEAD FIRST AFTER THEM. If I could leave negative stats they'd have many.

      Guardian tax is a fraud! I paid $595 to sign up then they wanted another $2500. ********* is who Im working with has only called me once regarding my case. She claims to be available through email and text but yet never responds back. I filled out the information packet for her on time. She then turned around and lied and said she mailed it. After waiting two weeks I called and talked to **** who then talks to her. He came back saying it was just sent. Another lie!! Waited another two weeks and did this process again of calling and being lied to. Finally the packet showed up. They did send it to the *** and now the *** needs more info and I cannot get a hold of ********* and she is not calling me . Finally had to call the irs myself and take matters into my own hands because Guardian tax isnt doing their job! I sent ********* an email asking why she cant call me after paying all this money to her to do a job. They seem to have quit on me and now I want a refund. No answer to that email either. STAY AWAY FROM GUARDIAN THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!

      Hello, Mr ****** you seem to have us confused with Guardian Tax Relief, which is a different company. Upon a search of our system we have no record of you ever being a client of ours. Furthermore, ********** who you mention in your review is the customer service manager of the other company (mentioned above). Lastly, we do not have and have never had a "****" on staff. Please double check your records and post this review with the correct company. We wish you the best.

      Two weeks before my contract actually would start I decided not to do it and I was told I could not cancel it. First i could cancel it after 3 days and a minute later she told me couldnt cancel it. Mmm interesting sorry best part now I can not reach anybody

      This Client contracted ** and has not paid anything. She signed an agreement and a ****. On the **** is a phone number for the *** to reach our tax professional personally. She called that number on the weekend and was extremely rude to him. I called her and explained that is a direct line for the *** to reach the tax professional personally. She said, well you shouldn't use that number. I explained, if it were the *** calling directly for her case, wouldn't she want someone to be reachable. She then explained that we shouldn't use that number, again. We explained, that was not a client use phone number as it is on the *** form. She was not understanding. I cancelled out her case and she is not an active client and has not paid our company any money.

      So I discussed some tax issues with Guardian tax and they talked me into putting a credit card on file for the initial 395 charge that they wanted! As soon as I did it I wasnt feeling comfortable about it, the payment posted and I called Guardian and I didnt receive an answer so I called my credit card company and put a stop payment, the credit card company said it was in pending status so they couldnt do anything about it until it cleared! It cleared and got the money refunded to my account, the next day one of the case managers called and said if you wanted a refund you just had to ask and he said now the fights on to get our money back all through a voicemail. I did try calling back and now Im ****** because they are charging my account again and again bunch of f***ing ********. These guys are out for your money not you! They are crooks! Beware of these guys, act like they want to help then stick it to you! If you want to have to fight for your money back or get kicked while youre on the ground then use them! Another thing is I just got laid off from my job before I initially talked with them and told them I dont really have the money to utilize your services and they dont care!
