I contacted inmit about receiving fruit punch drink ..which is nasty..they told me that was the old inmit *** So I have to call them. I did and they agreed to send my order out correctly and throw in choc night drink. It's been 5 months and nothing. I sent emails and again new inmit company told me they don't have records for that company. They are both Inmit...I was on monthly shipments till old one said to now order from the new inmit..did they buy them out? Because neither will send the product I ALREADY PAID FOR nor give me a refund. The actions by both are appalling and from looking at the other complaints seems to be a common theme. Very bad business. Love the product/hate the lack of ethics and lack of customer service. Stay away from this companyInitial Complaint

I ordered from this company and than I later found out that it is a SCAM I don't want to continue getting any future products and I don't want any subscriptions or memberships with this company. Thanks!Initial Complaint

Just now i called Inmit customer service and this is the first representative *** of Inmit that cannot find my account by me telling her my address, so i asked for a supervisor, and *** claims that Inmit has no supervisors, so i asked *** to let me speak to another Inmit representative, but *** wouldn't let me speak to another representative so folk's Inmit has a horrible customer service rep. named *** that needs to be fired!! And according to ***, Inmit operates unorganized with no supervisors at their company!Initial Complaint

October 8, 2023 I purchased InMit which was $19.95. I didnt know that I was buying a subscription. But I tried the orange powder out and it made me violently ill. It raised my blood pressure to an unhealthy degree. it is nothing but pure sugar , Sucraose and Stevia plus caffeine. I understand l should have done more research but thats beside the point. November 8, I was sent another portion of the orange fasting support, and at that point canceled the subscription.I had tried to return it. I had to pay the shipping which I did, and I had gotten a tracking number and waited for the return to be processed .When I called customer service they had asked me for the tracking number which I had given them. They had told me that they did not receive anything yet and I continue to call for several days. At this point I was at the realization that I was not going to get a refund. I spoke with a supervisor there, and she had told me that since they cant find the package that she would offer me free pouches of the orange drink to compensate for the loss of my refund. As of December 4 I have yet to receive any type of refund. **************** told me that I have 30 days before the refund isnt offered.Business Response

Inmet order was auto shipped on October 14,2023, received by me October 19, 2023; called to return November 10, 2023 was not told I had to ship and them to receive within 30 days for refund. Shipped November 17 and received November 20. One day late. NO Refund and will not ship replacement. Therefore, Inmit has stolen $100.00 from me.Business Response

Company does not allowe to cancel subscription. The number they provide to cancel subscription does not work. It either keeps you on hold or says number is disconnected or it just does not ring and kicks you off the line.Business Response

I purchased InMit fasting drink from television for ***** and I added the nighttime chacolate drink so it was ***** I believe .. I sent that back first but I have to eat the cost of this one because I didnt get a tracking number so then they took out on 8/23/23 *****. I call this number that was on my bank statement which was ************ it states this is a womans private voicemail so the message tell ya to call customer service at ************** which I did on 8/23/23 and talked to a woman and I told her I didnt want this because it made me vomit every time I drank it so my doctor of coarse said no more and being a nurse I knew I shouldnt.. so this woman from the call center who was not from the *** BUT was friendly.. a little hard to understand though so since she stated its been shipped already . .. I said ok can I refuse it .. she said no or I wouldnt get my money back .. so I asked then what do I do she suggested to keep t trying it .. I said no dont you understand it makes me vomit and she kept saying well everyone this works differently and the longer your on it the better it works .. I was getting agitated and said when it gets here how do I get my money back she said there were instruction in the ********** I didn't receive the product for about 2 for a couple of weeks so after that I didnt think it had shipped out and she could of helped me back on 08/23/23 but didnt do when it finally came.. I opened the box because that was what I was Told so I dont drive anymore and have help that comes 3 times a week so she took the package to the post office gave the instructions to the postal clerk in ************** ******* and my helper was told they could do it 2 ways so she took the cheaper one and they tapped it up printed the label thst said where to return it and I paid ***** and they dhipped it out well I never heard anything had the tracking number so I called customer service again and they said they hadnt received it yet they told me it was In grovepoint oh.. and they wouldnt refund me they said I was to call and get the return address and a RMA number . Do I explained I did call on 8/23/23 and the girl told me the address was in the box I was hung up on when I told them I was calling the Attourney general I need more space .. Inmit advertised one month for ***** and I ordered it on July 4, 2023. I never received the product. On August 4, 2023, I was charged for a second month at full price. I received 1 package of the product on August 9, 2023. I contacted InMit and asked for a refund of the amount I was charged on August 4, 2023, because I have only received 1 package of the product. The lady on the phone refused and said she would send me a "complimentary" package. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me "all supervisors are in a meeting". I stated I did not want another package, I would have canceled after receiving the 1st package, but never could because I never received it. She still refused to refund my money and said I could send the one and only package I did receive back. So, this company made money off me for a product I did not receive.Initial Complaint

This order was cancelled by me on Ma 18, and it was confirmed by the company, via email. They refunded me my refund of $38.90.
