    InMit, as advertised on TV, supposedly helps in your quest of weight loss by intermittent fasting. When you see a charge from ****ONTEL on your card - that is InMit. BEWARE. They dont know how to take No and STOP for an answer. ********, I did not bother to try to return my first order, since appears customers have Great difficulty doing that. But when I saw them trying to charge me full price for another shipment Well Before my 30 days was up I immediately tried emailing them. Would not go through. So I called. Told them I Never wanted any more of their product (it just gave me hunger pangs), that I wanted to CANCEL my account and wanted to immediately refund my charge. They did. That was 3-28-24 when I talked to them. Now on 4-20-24, a Saturday morning, I get up to discover a pending charge of $62 and change from - wait for it ONT*ONTEL. Immediately I call them but guess what - they are only open Mon to Fri. Sneaky huh? In my opinion, this company SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. Jail would be a better place. By reading all of the complaints, I think they are evil! Im an older lady on a strict budget and cannot afford unplanned charges like that. Also I suffer from extremely high blood pressure and this companys actions could kill me. Now I have to wait till Monday to deal with them AGAIN. Do I need to go thru this Every Single MONTH???? InMit Please CEASE AND DESIST for gods sake.

    Noticed a fraudulent charge on my credit card statement from this company - I have never bought anything from them and have never heard of them, and yet they charged my credit card for $99.90 for products that I never ordered and never received. Avoid this company, it is a scam!

    Don't buy this c*** It causes fast heart rate. You tell them and they still won't pay for return shipping. It's not worth it financially to return it because it cost close to the price of the powdered drink. They are rude when responding with them because they know the product is ****, a bunch of lies. Save your money. I would give them a zero rating if it was available.KG in ***********

    Product sent to me and I tried getting my money Back. **** had to wait for the package to be delivered then pay shipping back to company. Then will get my money back. Even though when I called the package wasn't even shipped yet. But they said they couldn't stop the package. All they wanted to do was ship me more products. Don't use this company. It's a total ripoff.

    InMit refuses to send an email confirming my order cancellation! I've called 6 times and each time they say they're sending the confirmation! Also, drove to **************************** 150 to get a cancellation confirmation in person but they are no longer at that address. They're now in *****, **.

    I previously (May 3) sent an email to cancel any future shipments from InMit. Today (June 2) I received email notice that ANOTHER shipment is in process so I sent yet another email to CANCEL the shipment. I DO NOT like the product at all. I have notified my credit card provider to void any charges from InMit and they will be notifing then of my DISPUTE CASE #********.
