    I am writing to formally bring to your attention concerns regarding my recent experience with Narco Autoland, specifically related to the misleading information provided by the dealership during the financing process, and the subsequent inadequate service rendered on my vehicle.On [insert purchase date], I purchased a vehicle from Narco Autoland. During the financing process, I was misled about the vehicle's condition and capabilities by the dealership owner, **** *****. Following numerous attempts to address my concerns, I was instructed to bring the vehicle in for service.The vehicle was retained by Narco Autoland for six days, during which time an additional 150 miles were added. Upon its return, I was informed that the necessary work had been completed. However, I noticed the original issues with the vehicle remained unaddressed.Subsequently, I took the vehicle to a certified mechanic who had provided a comprehensive diagnostic report prior to the service performed at Narco Autoland. This subsequent inspection by another qualified mechanic confirmed that no repairs had been made, and the issues previously outlined in the diagnostic report persisted.Despite my attempts to reach out to Narco Autoland for clarification and resolution, I have encountered unresponsiveness to my phone calls and inquiries. I have sent an email today and am hopeful for a prompt response, although I remain deeply concerned about the dealership's practices.Moreover, I have conducted an online search and discovered Narco Autoland's F rating with the Better Business Bureau, along with a significant number of complaints and negative reviews from other customers who have experienced similar issues over the past two years. Given the serious nature of these concerns, I believe this situation warrants further investigation to ensure that no other customers fall victim to misleading representations and inadequate service.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Im trying to remove a credit inquiry from my credit , ***** Auto Land failed to help me with my vehicle due to it breaking down the first 2 months . Vehicle was repossessed after I voluntarily drop the vehicle back to them and the deny to fix the problem!Im asking to remove the credit inquiry permanently!

    I purchased a 2015 kia **** on Feb 28th *********************************************************************************************************************************************************** to be checked and repaired I arrived at 8am and they took off my tires and brake pads and rotors and cleaned them claiming it was dusty I then left the dealership hoping I'd have no further issues the next day they began to grind even worse so I took it back to them a week later once they finally answered my calls they then told me that they did not repair my front brakes to began with and would have to charge me to do them ******************************************************************************************************************************** it would be 220 dollars as the rotors need replacement at that point they had my car up and all the parts removed and I was desperate to get them fixed I had missed 2 days of work because of the brakes so I agreed also when I got the car ther was a small crack in the windshield the sales man told me it was fine 2 weeks later it spiltered and I ended up with a huge 24 inch crack in my windshield and my sunroof on the car opened and the would not close I had to push it with the help of 3 people to close it I told the dealership that was broken too and I needed it repaired as I put 3500 down and am now having multiple issues now back to the brakes after doing my research after I paid for the brakes I found out they did indeed service and replaced the front brakes on February 24 2023 4days before I got the car and they lied about it so they could charge me to repair them I asked for my money back and was given 60 bucks and my windshield replaced I would like the remaining money that I paid for.the brakes returned to me and my.sunroof repaired the owner told me he would look in to it via text messages and now he will not answer my calls or text.messages .

    I was told I was only going to pay **** to find out I had to pay **** said that bank would call me to get I formation about my income never got a call then I was calling and texting the guy who helped me about car that Chek engine light was on took 5 days for anyone to call me the owner texted me tha he need to talk to me asap I call he states hewabt3dto get ca Chek I shouldn't be driving it like tha I told owner ****** tha I had to go take care of my patient and I would go after I go to dealer at 12pl.to get ca Chek out power advice would only take 15 .ins to find out tga they took car bak from me stated bank didn't go through with loan lied to me had meant in heat for 4 hours saying they were waiting for bank to call back I didn't make it to work and all I formation tga was giving from my email in correct has dates from2010not 2023 owner wasn't even there he set his brother tha didn't know anything about the conversation and for tge brother to say that owner did not wat to give mo ey back I out down I was very upset hot and they lied and made me wait 4hours till I asked am I Taking my car home they said no the owner is a scam here er told me anything about bank on phone he said he was concerned about check engine light and wanted to fix it for me nit for them to take my car I had to walk half way home and pay tge other half a lyft Scammed and lied to

    they pulled a bait and switch on a car . they advertised the car as a 2016 ***** cruze limited LTZ .When in fact it is a ***** cruze Ls model.It has none of the features they advertised on car gurus the vehicle was purchased on august 28th 2023. I have tried to contact them and after the initial contact they will no longer respond.

    Norco Autoland has not sent me my plates or my vehicle registration after almost 3 months and multiple requests. These are the vehicle registration and license plates from the state of California DMV . This is against the law to take my $$$ for taxes and license plate and not provide the vehicle registration or license plates. Laziness and ignorance are not an excuse to fail to mail my documents after months of requests. I will use this BBB complaint to also file a formal complaint with the state of California DMV

    Norco Autoland sold us a car that broke with in 2 months. It needs a whole new engin and they are not going to correct the problem. I was in contact with the owner through phone and text messages but he all of a sudden stopped responding to me and won’t make this right I also paid $840 for brakes that he said he would reimburse me and never has he also charged us a full year of DMV fees when we only had it for two months and we are to pay for another year already Due next month. Thought he was being honest and standing behind his word but now he’s hiding and won’t make this correct. He won’t respond to any messages and were stuck with this broken car that doesn’t run and out our deposit and repair fees.
