      I am very disappointed with my experience with The Creation Station.There was absolutely no clear mention, that a Membership is needed to tape with them. If it is a Membership Only facility then that needs to be clearly stated up front at the time of booking, and not hidden within the small print. Thats just misrepresentation. Furthermore, I later discovered that one of the perks of being a Member is 1 free rush service a month - which was not extended to me, even though I was charged a membership, and was charged full price for the rush edit I followed the booking procedure by the book, I clicked on Normal Hours and chose the first slot they made available9:30am. I received the confirmation Normal Hours. So why at 9:24, as I am sitting in the lobby waiting for my reader, am I receiving a notification of change of service?If the mistake was on their end, and the service had to be changed, then I should have been notified the day before my session, when I made the appointment, and given the option to change my appointment time; not 6 minutes before my session was to begin. And then there was the nonsense of being blindsided with a hidden CLEANING FEE. I walked out paying $50+ more than what I should have, of which I had no choice but to pay. Its completely unprofessional.When I reached out to voice my concern, I received an abusive email at 4am from an executive who then decided to tell me that because they had to answer my email they were going to charge me an additional $250 for wasting executive time - at 4am. At this time I am asking for a refund for the rush edit, since a perk of the membership they enrolled me and charged me for, is one free rush edit a month. If that isnt possible, then I want a written apology from the business for their unprofessionallism, threats and insults.

      I booked the wrong location with this place and they refused to help me resolve the problem. All that would have been okay but after I left a bad review on ****** they threatened me with legal action and have harassed/cyber bullied others for leaving bad reviews. They seem like an innately harmful business for anyone that has any criticism. They then proceeded to claim I wasted their time and refused to pay when I have proof of cancelling the day before and paying the requested charges. Because of the mental/emotional stress of their claim I would like a refund.
