      If I could give zero stars I would.Truly horrible people.First of all in order to book an audition you have to sign up. They keep your credit card details and charge you once a month without your consent. Completely unethical to do this to actors who struggle to survive at the best of ******** well as this they have a no cancellation policy. Sometimes things come up. Sometimes you have to change your audition time but they will charge you twice for both auditions. Completely unscrupulous I stopped using them but today I had to because it was a holiday and my regular place wasn't open. My appointment was for ***** am.I got there early. Checked in by text ( nobody was at the desk )No response.I texted again No response.I ********* answer I called again. Ditto I waited 30 minutes.Then I finally got a text telling me there had been a mistake and that I'd have to wait another hour till 12 noon.I said fine but they should probably discount me as this was unprofessional and unacceptable. I then got a completely vicious response from ***** the manager saying that my request was "comical" and threatening to " ban" me if I insisted on a discount They were the ones who kept me waiting one and a half hours. And instead of an apology I received a vicious text and threats.I will never use this company again.

      This business has hidden fees, and up charges.After leaving a negative review on yelp the owner threatened a lawsuit against myself and my management team. (I am an actor). The business owner had also threatened and harassed me on social media.
