1 starI am in shock! ALERT....... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE REPLACING HEATER UNITS BEFORE CLOSE OF ESCROW!I called the SoCal Climate Control company because I needed service on a double wall heater unit worth $3,080. They installed in February 14, 2023 before I closed escrow on February 27, ********************************* ***********. I called them because the unit didn't want to work on January 8, **** which it is before the warranty expired. They didn't want to honor the warranty because the change on ownership. WOW! The warranty should be based on the heater unit not on the owner's name. Please make sure you ask this questions if you happen to have a seller cover a new heater before close of escrow. I called other heating companies and they do honor the heater no matter if the property was transferred to a new owner. I am filing a complaint within a few days.Review fromRobin S

2 starsThe sales and installation people were courteous and professional. The problem started when the billing department threatened a lien less than one business day after the work was completed. They new that the homeowner was out of the country and in a different time zone. Although I (as the tenant) did everything I could to assist them in communicating with the owner, they still hounded us by text message. When confronted about it, Susie in billing said she was just doing her job. We are paying customers, not criminals. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully.Review fromKato C

4 starsEngineering of the **** installation by **** was masterful, as was the actual installation. The technicians were first rate.
The only reason I could not give the company five stars was that I was assured that they were registered with ******, my funder of choice. It turned out that they were not, so I was stuck with another funding company whose customer service was sorely lacking.
