    Sent a card in for repair, did not get a quote, was just told that it was "fully functional" and to pay $249 plus shipping. No posted price or quote was given. After I received the card back, I found the card was outputting an image and set it aside assuming it was fully functional as stated. After some time, finally got around to re-assembling the card and testing furhter. At that time I found the card had further issues and requested assistance. I was told the card was no longer in warranty. After continual delays, I sent the card to someone else to fix. The quality of the repair was very poor and not what is typically protrayed on their ******* channel.I then asked for a partial refund but they continue to ignore me even though the request is completely reasonable.Not recommended. Unprofressional.You can find the card on *******, recent video, just search for re-upload evga 3070ti.Also, note that they only accept check and do not ship back to you until it has cleared. That way if you have any issues, they always have your money and there is nothing you can do about it.

    Sent them a laptop for repair December 2022. They sent it back broken claiming it was fixed. I sent it back insured with extra precautions to make sure it was safe. It's April 16th and they're claiming they can't find it. The owner **** retaliate when I write them a honest review about their terrible service and will not return my laptop which has upgraded parts.. My I am taking them to small claims court.. horrible business they are going to have to pay in court

    They sell cheap Chinese products at double or triple the price with their company sticker on it. Dishonest reseller and need to stop doing their shenanigans. I regret buying from them, you can buy all products that they sell at AliExpress and don't have to spend premium dollar on northridgefix.
