    DSL Extreme is a very bad, untrusty company. Their wifi is frequently no available. When you turned on the *********** will often have to wait 30 minutes to make the wifi available.When the contract is expired, I called them one week before it expired, and to let me know I will not continue the contract. Their customer supporter told me that there is no any more charge if I cancel the service within 30 days of expiration. But they still continue to charge me $89.27 on the expiration day. When I called them, they said the cancellation service is not processed by them yet.This is a thief company, never use it. The following is the confirmation email I received from them one week before the contract expiration. But they said the confirmation is not executed."Hello **,We hope our customer service team was able to help with your communications needs. We can only get better with your help.     Worst company EVER!!! They tore our lawn to s*** and killed all of our grass because their cables were laying there for 3 MONTHS!!!!! The customer service is the absolute worst!!! This company is a joke!!!!
