    I cancelled my account in June 2024 with Broadvoice, they said I would be charged for the rest of the year and I said ok, please cancel me at the end of my contract. The *** said no, that I had to cancel 30 days out. The contract however states I can cancel at ANY TIME. Broadvoice ignored my reuqest to cancel and has billed me for 5 months in 2025. I have not used their services since 6/2024, and they know this. They refunded me 2 of 5 months, however I maintain they should refund all 5 months. They have refused.

    We got service through them broadvoice and ever since we've had their service we've had to run around our taxes and everything else are so high they have two seats that are hooked up that's not even being used and we're being charged for them they never put a date for the 30 days from the start to the end and then within one month our service almost went up $100

    Customer # **************************** has breached our contract by failing to provide the services we signed up for. Now, Broadvoice is holding us hostage because they claim their ***, *******************, must approve an *** waiver to ensure we are not charged early termination or cancellation fees. We were told that we would receive email communication with how to proceed with the cancellation within 30 days of the date we initiated the cancellation request. It's been over 30 days and Broadvoice just keeps asking us to be patient as the *** must approve the *** waiver before they can send the cancellation email. This has resulted in us being held hostage to Broadvoice for an additional month at this point in time. We can no longer have our business suffer because Broadvoice is incapable of providing the services they agreed to in our contract.Broadvoice is in breach of our contract because the phone services do not work properly. Customers frequently complain that they can't hear us and that the call quality is poor and calls will occasionally drop unexpectedly. Even representatives at Broadvoice have said they have trouble hearing us when we call them to report issues. *** text messaging is an included feature with our account, but that doesn't work either. For over 4 months notifications have not worked and the support team just keeps saying they are working on it and that the estimated resolution date continually gets extended. The *** messages are not reliable, messages from months ago are received as if they are a new message. There are also messages that our clients have told us they sent to us, but we never received them. We have been more than patient in working with Broadvoice but they seem incapable of resolving the issues noted. The issues with Broadvoice are causing damages to our business. This is simply unacceptable and must be addressed ASAP.
