    a few problems here, and they are all related to customer service. I wanted to cancel in June 2024, but when cancelling they said I would be charged through the end of the year as part of their "early termination fee". I was annoyed, especially after being a customer for a few years, why would I still be in a contract? So since I was paying through the end of the year anyway, I said fine, but to cancel my account at the end of my contract in December. They initially sent me an email saying they received my cancellation request, but then also told me I could not cancel 6 months out. I argued this, called **, and said end my contract in December, and never thought of it again. In doing a quarterly review of expenses, I noticed Broadvoice still charging me monthly in 2025. I emailed customer service and asked for a refund of ****************************************************************************************************** reading this contract, it states I could cancel at ANY TIME and for ANY REASON. I pointed that out to Broadvoice, but instead of give me a full refund of 2025 monthly charges, they gave me 2 months credit and told me that's all I would get as a refund. I told them that it was a shame that they dont honor their own contract, and that it seemed like my only recourse would be to post a review online and file a complaint with the BBB. So here we are. Broadvoice should be ashamed to charge a customer for a year of service the customer didnt use, and clearly tried to cancel within the terms of their contract. Why we are squabbling over $300 im not sure, and I would avoid a company that is that tight, and unwilling to see that the customer is right...especially when the customer is.

    If there was a no star option, Broadvoice would get zero stars from us. They are a **** company promising solutions to small business but when their systems do not work they fail to provide solutions and let the customer. We are a small nonprofit organization that wanted to use this app for text, calls, etc. and it has been a constant headache. They want to troubleshoot everything. Fine. But they can take months to "attempt" to fix these. MONTHS. They want to troubleshoot all phones with the same issues?? They fail to make their customers happy. They fail to fix the issues, and all this while they enforce the contract. This service has become disruptive and frustrating for our organization.Stay far, far away from them.

    The absolute worst phone service application. The application never works as it is supposed to. I have opened over 40 case tickets regarding the issues I experienced. I'm never provided a solution. I've been told it's your internet, it's your phone. you've changed the configuration, it says it's working on our back end. The 24-hour support they advertise is not true, I have waited days for technical support to get back to me and by the time they did they lost the call information so could not investigate the issue described. I requested a manager call me no one contacted me until I opened another case, the excuse was that she was off from the day of my request till I contacted them again nearly 2 weeks later.I have requested to terminate the contract well in advance of the auto-renewal date and I was told I need to contact them at least 30 days before the end date of the contract to initiate the proper termination process. That is what I did.I would not recommend Broadvoice to anyone trying to run a successful business.
