    April - I reached out to Sivan Windows to complete the replacement of windows in my home. A total of 9. I used them before and had no major issues with their product or work May 16th during the installation of the windows I noticed the crew had a hard time with the arch window. It took them over an hour on that window alone and they informed that arch cover was missing A few weeks later an installer retuned and attempted to glue an alumni arch on the vinyl windows. He was cutting and molding the piece by hand, which is odd because I paid for a retrofitted window I was very unhappy with the final product and contacted the sales agent ***** ************** to request a replacement. I sent over photo and video for him to review. He agreed and stated they would move forward with the replacement I attempted to contact ********* **** and did not respond to my text or emails about my order Finally, in July I spoke with ***** *******, who informed me that my order was never submitted, and she would now process my replacement. She stated it would arrive now on August 16th I reached out on August 25th because I never heard back from her or the company We another set another delivery date for September 12th but on the day of installation, my window was broken Ms. ******* did provide a photo of the broken window at my request, but it was not a full image window to verify if was in fact mine The new delivery date was now on September 26th ; I had to call yet again because I hard nothing from them regarding installation and now my window is on back order. I have constantly requested updated be provided via email. I sent a follow up email on September 29th and have yet to receive and update.I have going back and forth with Sivan Windows for months and this whole process has been frustrating. All I am looking for is them to replace the arch window they tried to piece together with what we initially agreed to be installed

    The problem was dealt with in the best way, we replaced the window for the customer and she is satisfied now
