    I recently had the worst experience with Sivan Windows, and I cant stress enough how unprofessional and infuriating their service was. From the very beginning, I was met with dismissive attitudes and careless remarks. One team member in the production department. I believe her name was ********* even had the nerve to suggest scheduling the installation around my job or whatever, as if my timeand moneydont matter at all.Not only did they waste my time, but the sliding door installation itself was a disaster. The door arrived measured incorrectly, forcing me to reschedule and causing even more hassle. When the door was finally installed, there was a huge dent in the frame, which rendered the door practically unusable because it wouldnt shut properly. They eventually replaced the frame, but only after the installer nonchalantly remarked that it was a good thing because the original frame was made incorrectly. Seriously? Thats just unacceptable.I feel like I was gaslit at every turn. Its obvious that the team at Sivan Windows thinks theyre doing me a favor by installing a door, as if theyre paying for it out of their own pocket. If our roles were reversed, Id be charged extra just to store the mis-measured door. Without customers, they wouldnt even have a jobso spare me the pointless excuses and unnecessary comments.All in all, this was hands down one of the most stressful and disappointing home upgrade experiences Ive ever endured. I asked to be have the remaining amount waived since this experience was uncanny however, I was once again met with the ********************** rude and dismissive comments claiming I always was aiming for a discount. Not a way to treat a customer who was considering on redoing their window with you as well. I will be going to another company and not recommending friends or *********** yourself the headache and steer clear of Sivan Windows!
