I love Dreyers ice cream! However, since they no longer provide a protective seal with their packaging, I will no longer purchase their product. I thinks it's pretty foolish of this business not to take consumer safety more seriously than this. Too bad for you, hello *********!!

?We understand your concern and are implementing changes for safety seals because our consumer's feedback is top priority. Some of our flavors are already appearing with safety seals.

Buyer Beware! When visiting **************, I purchased a king size Drumstick (a Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream Inc. product) from a convenience store. When I bit into it, my tooth broke on a hard foreign object that was concealed in the peanut coating.I visited my Dentist to assess the damage and the cost to repair my tooth is $1,700.I contacted ******** to inform them of my unfortunate and costly situation, and their ********************** responded that they were sorry for my inconvenience and will send me (4) coupons to repurchase the product that caused the problem in the first place. My expectation was that they would be more understanding and reimburse me for the dental expenses incurred to repair my tooth. My request was denied, and they refused to create a claim reporting this incident. They insisted I submit the foreign object that caused the damage. Well that was impossible, because I inadvertently swallowed it. My only evidence is the photo showing the damage to my tooth and the packaging it was contained in, that contains the barcode and other identifying production information.I expected much more from a company that prides themselves on customer service.

The product I purchased was described on the package as ice cream with various chunks of things in it and a caramel swirl. Instead I received a tub of ********************* cream with nothing in it. that is not the big problem though. The problem is that I tried to give them feedback on their product and in order to do so they require me to sing a contract with them so they can collect and use my data. So effectively this business has no way to give them feedback unless you sell them your data
