      I am writing with extreme concern regarding a serious safety incident that occurred tonight. I had received a ******* delivery, and while putting away groceries, my young daughter mistook a bottle of Pine-Sol for apple juice. Before I could stop her, she managed to take a small drink of the product. I was fortunately able to quickly take the bottle away, but this incident could have been prevented entirely if the product had a child-proof lid.I am extremely upset that such a dangerous product is packaged without proper child safety features. The similarity of the liquid color to apple juice, combined with the lack of a child-proof cap, creates an unnecessary risk to children.This is a serious safety concern that needs to be addressed immediately. I strongly urge you to implement child-proof caps on all Pine-Sol products to prevent similar incidents from happening to other families.

      Considering I spend a lot of money weekly, on Fresh step litter and Iams cat food. Your customer service and upper management is terrible. I have son many reward points I have claimed and they were never issued to me. Don't waste your time on the rewards.

      I will no longer buy Clorox brand. I bought a "38-pound" package of Scoop Away cat litter. Guess how much it weighs? 32 pounds. False advertising and lying. This is why the US economy never gets better. Who wants to deal with lying companies?

      Burts Bee lip balm has given my grandbaby BLISTERS minutes after applying. I wish choosing ZERO STARS was an option.

      Burts Bees Baby, They mislead people about shipping and fulfillment times at checkout and then blow you off when you say anything while continually extending the time it's going to take and acting like you should know that an item you ordered would take weeks and weeks to even ship or get into a carrier's hands. Despite saying 3 to 5 business days for shipping. I found them to be rude to pregnant women and parents. They absolutely do not care.
