      They currently owe our organization over $5,000 with zero effort to respond beyond the generic we will get that done as soon as we possibly can. The have owed us money for over a month but have no problem collecting our fees.

      Flip-cause refuses to send your money in 7-10 business days as promised, despite numerous complaints, emails and phone calls. I will probably have to pay their owner a visit.-The ************************

      Stay away from this business! I'm not sure what kind of scam they are running, but getting your funds from them is like getting blood from a stone. They say 7 to 10 business days, but in fact, they mean anywhere from a month to four months, and you will need to send at least two to three emails, if not more. As a small nonprofit, working with them meant lots of embarrassing situations where I was unable to meet payroll or cover expensive because they were holding on to thousands of dollars of ours.

      Stay away - They do not honor requests to transfer OUR funds to our Non-Profit within the 7-10 days promised...often requiring multiple follow *** and waiting weeks to receive OUR fundraised money.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! VERY UNRELIABLE ABOUT TIMELY TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

      We have been having the same problems as everyone else. Our non-profit helps homeless veterans. My latest transfer request has been pending for 30 days now and I get the same response that I have gotten for over a year. Problems with ACH. There's obviously more going on here than we are being led to believe. Our donors send money for us to help homeless veterans get off the street and into a safe place to live. But all that has stopped now because we cannot get access to our donations. What's not funny is that Flipcause had no problem taking our yearly fee of $1800 from the account just the other day.

      The platform is nice, but they absolutely refuse to transfer your funds. until you make numerous requests. They claim all funds will be transferred within 10 business days but that has never happened for me. Every transfer request has to be followed up with at least one more request. This has been occurring for over a year, long enough to fix the problem if they wanted.

      Absolutely the worst platform I have ever used! They have been withholding funds that were transferred by us over 4 weeks ago. No way to contact them via phone. It's email only and they answer at their leisure, if at all. Stay away from this company if you want access to your donations.
