Flipcause is withholding $21,500.00 from our nonprofit, Love Serving Autism, that is owed to us for program registrations and fundraising to support families raising children with autism and developmental disabilities. The company is stating their ACH processor isn't permitting them to transfer the funds in a timely manner. Their policy (listed on their website) is a guarantee to transfer the funds within 5-7 business days. Flipcause continues to charge us for their platform, yet isn't sending us the funds raised by our organization.

We have been waiting to receive $1733.34 from the dates 10 April 2025 to 05 June 2025 given by donors. Upon request for transfer of funds, we are supposed to receive them within 7-10 business days according to the FlipCause policy. They have been telling us for over a year that they are having issues with their ACH provider. And it continues to get worse as time goes by. Now we have an additional $3,285.65 (+) waiting for it to be transferred. We are a small non-profit. Every dollar counts and matters to pay our bills and employees. We paid them $2,000 to use in conjunction with our website. I feel like we are in a hostage situation. What action can we take?

Over the last year, the transfer of funds from the Flipcause escrow account to our bank account has exceeded 30 days and at times exceeded 60 days. The Flipcause website shows that standard transfer of funds is 7-10 business days. This is simply an ACH transfer of funds from Flipcause to our bank account.I have communicated via email repeatedly with our success team, and a number of times I have requested a phone call from a supervisor to help me understand the delay. I have not yet received a call.Flipcause is our donor management software, proving us with a CRM, monthly donation processing, event registration, and general donations. Individuals provide their credit card or banking information to provide a financial support to our non-profit organization. The card or account is charged and the funds sit in an escrow account with **********************. We must request those funds to be transferred. This can be for a few thousand dollars to tens of the thousands of dollars depending on timing and events.

Our very small nonprofit is experiencing all of the issues others have reported: a failure to honor fund transfer requests in a timely manner. This has been an ongoing problem for the last 1 to 1.5 years. Most recently, we requested a transfer of $9000 on 5/9, and as of 6/19 we have yet to receive it. We have received 2-3 "we're working on it" emails from Flipcause. We requested another $1000 on 6/12, which I fully expect to not see within the 5-10 business day processing time. It certainly seems like they are having cash flow problems. It's a shame: I like their product but now we need to look for a different donor management firm, this is just too chronic and concerning.

I am the Executive Director of a small nonprofit who utilizes FlipCause for donor management and processing of online donations. FlipCause has repeatedly withheld the organizations donations for months at a time, does not respond to inquires regarding the transfer of donor funds in a timely manner if at all, and refuses to release our funds. Our donors gave to our organization in good faith and these funds are critical to the operations of our nonprofit. FlipCause blatantly disregards its own policies - it states clearly that transfer of funds are initiated within 7-10 business days. We have funds in our account from December 2024 that have still not been released to us. We are now in the process of seeking council to determine our next steps in recovering our money.

FlipCause has consistently fallen through on its promise to deliver funds to our non-profit organization. ******** pays our bills regularly to use their service, but they have consistently fallen through on delaying our fundraised dollars to our banking account in the 7-10 business days that they promise. Their lack of following through on this has significant ramifications for our medium sized non-profit that is relying on their platform. If we had the legal resources, we likely would have sued them by now, and would be encouraging other non-profits to not utilize their services. This has been ongoing for approximately 12 months.

We are a small non profit that relies on on donor contributions. Flipcause has been delaying our payouts for months. Payouts are supposed to happen within 7-10 bd but it takes 2 months or longer and numerous complaints before the funds are released, We are currently waiting again for a payout and all we get is apologies and the claim that they are looking into it.

****** *****, Legal Operations Director Flipcause, Inc.101 ************************** May 19, 2025 Re: Flipcause Failing to Remit Funds Dear *** *****:I am the president of ************************** (*****) a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that exclusively focuses on providing financial and material support to poverty stricken children and families living in the *********************. We have used Flipcause to assist in our fund raising since 2020. Initially, donations were timely remitted in response to our requests via Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers to our bank account with ******************* in The Villages. Then starting in November 2024, remittances of donations were significantly delayed after the request was made by FOSKI. There were five requests between November 2024 and January 2025, the such delays were longer and longer, starting with a 17 delay, then extending to a 37 day delay. The funds for the two most recent requests by *****, totaling $12,718.60, have not been. One request has been pending for 22 days, and the second for 45 days. The excuse given by ********* **** of Flipcauses Account Relations Team, in his May 23, ***** email was that: We continue to experience continued delays with our ACH system due to the daily limits we can process. That explanation appears to be false. Section 17.3 of the ************************** TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Last Updated: September 3, 2024), provides with respect to daily limits that:The maximum amount for a Transfer is Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) per day. FOSKI remittance requests have never approached anything near those daily limits. Since there are many other charities that have been defrauded, this a situation ripe for a class action including reviews reporting communications via email and by phone that suggests that Flipcause has made false statements about not making remittances, that would constitute mail and wire fraud. Very truly yours ****** ******, ********* Friends of **************

Flipcause provides a platform for small non-profits to collect online donations. Their policies state that once a bank transfer is requested (that Flipcause transfer donated funds from their platform to our non-profit's bank account), funds are made available in 7 - 10 business days. Over the last 6+ months, I have had to repeatedly "chase" our money; transfers have taken as long as 7 weeks! This is an obscene breach on their part, and significantly impacts our non-profit's cash flow on an ongoing basis. I am once again waiting for funds, this time requested in late March.
