      Hello I am a military member stationed in *** Diego, I scheduled an ATV Sands Tour to relax and enjoy the weekend, but when I arrived on scene **** the lady in charge of the tour cancelled on me stating that she had some type of family medical emergency, I understood everything at the moment and she offered me to reschedule but I declined because I could not do it another day. I just asked for a refund and I went my way back home but the company never gave me the money back, I tried calling my bank but the merchant lied to my bank saying that they provided the Tour when they actually never did, so Navy ******************** is NOT helping me anymore and I'm desperate.The Business commited to provide me a 4-5 Hour Sand Dune Tour.The reason I want a full refund is because they never gave me the tour.The business hasn't done anything to resolve the issue, and they ignore my calls and ********* the 2 PDFs I sent, I have pictures, screenshots, time, location and proof that I did not received the Tour, but my Bank Still won't help me.Also the receipts, confirmation emails, and even an e-mail from ***** ****** (a worker for the agency) addmiting that they in fact did not gave me the tour, but apparently that's not enough proof for my bank, I want my money back, please, all the information and detailed explanation is on the two PDFs I sent. Thank you and please keep me updated.

      San Diego Dune Tours in *********, **********. ********************************************************************************* I work in the hospitality industry and we were looking into using this company for an upcoming event. I asked for an itemized invoice so I could see how much it cost per person and the business failed to provide itemized invoicing. The owner of this company has spewed vulgar hate emails and text messages towards us as a result. For a company to treat a customer this way is disgraceful, not only unprofessional but deeply offensive and I cannot believe this company can be in business with operating like that. Unfortunately, I believe ***** is the owner of the company, and firing him would be a challenge. Absolutely ridiculous.

      On 12/25/23 my family purchased 3 2-hour ATV tours for 12/29/23 from 11am-1pm. We arrived 15 minutes early per the instructions and the guide "*****" was not there. We called his cell phone and he said he was running 10 minutes late so we waited. We waited 45 minutes and he still was not there, stating he was still only 10 minutes away. The tour guide did not show up until 12:27pm which was 1.5 hours late as our tour was supposed to be from 11-1. The tour guide offered to take us out on a tour from 1-3 but we were from out of town and had to travel back home. ***** stated that he could not give us a refund and that only their office manager ******* could do that. I reached out to ******* the same day requesting a refund and no refund has gone through.I feel like I was scammed in that I waited a whole 1.5 hours for a tour that did not take place. I paid money for a tour on that specific day form that specific time yet the business did not meet their end of the contract and is non-responsive when I requested a refund.Please see attached documents.

      We booked a tour online using secure credit card transaction, and were informed us to bring our drivers license and credit card we booked with to the tour. The booking was under my wifes name, ***************************. Upon arrival, the business informed us that we needed to text our drivers license and credit card pictures to a cell phone in order to continue with the tour. They said this was standard practice. Since this is not normal business (they had a credit card scanner in their office), we did not feel comfortable and offered to scan the card in the office to proceed. They refused and the owner (not present) explained in the phone we would not be refunded and charged the entire amount if we did not text the picture our our credit card. We declined and left. We have filed a charge dispute with out credit card company the same day, 4/1/2023, which will take about 6-8 weeks to process. The amount was about $925. We feel this is shady business practice and they are not entitled to keep our money because they did not operate in good faith or normal business practice. Upon Yelp review, this is not the first incident.
