    We booked a room directly through this inn several months in advance for our son's wedding, dates 4/7/2022 through 4/11/2022. The reservation was for 2 queen bed and a jacuzzi. The room we were given had a jacuzzi but it did not work. All of the control buttons were missing. Although they admitted that it had been non-functioning for quite a while, we were not advised of this when we checked in. I asked at the front desk for a price adjustment since we did not receive the room we were charged for. I was told the manager had to handle that and she was out of town. I was promised "we'll get back to you". After four months, numerous phone calls, texts and emails, I have had no response from anyone at the inn. We were also charged for a missing coffee pot from the room that we never even used. I have since read reviews about this hotel on your site as well as other booking websites and I see that several others have had the same complaints. I tried to include the copy of my reservation but could not get it to upload.
