This is a third party compensation lawyers and they can't explain why my claim was rejected, a tree from the ***************** broke my window for lack of trimming tree or keep track of them heavy branches fell on my car broke window and now they refuse to pay damages I dealt with ********************* and since the beginning was very rude and acted like it was his money that was coming out of his pocket and since the beginning bluntly told me the city was not going to pay this claim. I asked for paper work of it all and refuses to give me any paperwork for it or the reason why not. This is an abuse of power and bluntly abuse of citizens like my self that can't afford to pay damages because I pay high property taxes on time for services that I have never used. Please investigate this company is an abuse if power and citizens how do they make their money? By getting paid for whoever gives them more money? I would like to know how does it work I hope you can give me an answer, thank you

AdminSure is a Third-Party administrator of public entity liability claims (not attorneys). Public Entities such as the City responding to this review have certain immunities available to them that go beyond the defenses typically available to the public or private businesses in general. They have these immunities because they shoulder some mandatory duties and responsibilities such as providing trees for shade and roadways for travel and thus, cannot be not held liable for every possible event beyond their control such as an Act of Nature, as-long-as their actions or lack of actions to prevent or mitigate those events are reasonable per the Government Code (especially G.C. 835). Additionally, no Third-Party Administrator makes money directly from the claims that they settle, reject or compromise. Regarding this claim in particular there were numerous contacts including by phone, e-mail and traditional correspondence confirming that the tree in question was inspected and trimmed by the City only 4-months earlier. Additionally, there remains a course of action not taken but available to anyone who might be dissatisfied with a claim decision - judicial review by a judge in Small Claims Court.
