    I hired this business Nov 2024, everything was great till communication literally stopped being consistent after they started to receive large amount of payments. Several times after excuses after excuses I even mentioned to ******** that maybe it seems you guys are way tooo busy to meet my expectations as promised to return my deposits and I will go elsewhere.. Then she would respond and say sorry dad had surgery brother surgery everyone got sick, cake decor was out etc... but don't worry. I was fed up I looked more into the business come to find out several reports were brought upon about this business. They don't even have a valid license to even run any ********************** out of their property yet alone serve alcohol!!! I demanded pmts back they now are ignoring my texts and calls. And stopped communication after I informed them I looked them up. She insisted she has a valid license I asked for proof nothing was shown.

    We are having a disappointing experience at the Treasure Banquet Hall *********************************** because we have been trying to contact them regarding the cancellation of our contract for our wedding date and requesting a refund of our deposit due to improper licensing and permits. Due to the inconvenience of the situation : - The business does not hold an authorized business license or permits with the City of *******, based on my search of public records. I also went to the Business counter of the City of ******* and they verified with me that the city has been trying to get a hold of them since May of last year 2024. - We paid a $500 deposit to this business to reserve a wedding date, trusting they were operating legally and professionally.- Since the payment, the business has failed to respond to my calls, texts, emails, or any form of follow-up communication.Due to this lack of response and transparency, I no longer feel comfortable proceeding with their services and am requesting a full refund of the deposit. I am prepared to provide documentation of the transaction, including receipts, email threads, and screenshots, if needed.Thank you for your time and support.

    Transaction was paid in full January 31st for an event scheduled February 1st of 2025. We paid with a cashiers check which included the $500 security deposit that they said they would return. We have contacted them plenty of times through text and phone call and they havent responded.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quinceaera event we hosted at Treasure Events Banquet Hall on July 20, 2024. This event took over a year to plan, yet several key aspects did not meet our expectations.Upon arrival, we found the room unpreparedthe floor was dirty, and the tablecloths and centerpieces were not set up. Additionally, the temperature inside the hall was uncomfortably warm, exceeding 100 degrees outside. Despite multiple discussions with ********, the air conditioning issue was not resolved. This discomfort led to several guests leaving early, including complaints from security personnel. We were told that everything would be set up prior to our arrival.We were promised two bartenders but received only one. The food was served over an hour late and at an inadequate temperature. We had paid for 230 guests, but only 204 attended, and we anticipated leftovers, which did not occur. Instead of the requested buffet setup, we were served by staff with same day notice, as ******** indicated it would be more cost-effective. However, we did not receive compensation for this change or for the reduced bartending staff.There were security concerns, as unauthorized individuals were allowed entry, resulting in unaccounted alcohol consumption. We also faced significant restroom issues; many stalls overflowed, and the cleanliness was unacceptable, with one guest even finding a pair of ladies' underwear on the floor.Despite my attempts to contact ******** for resolution, I have received only vague reassurances. Given the numerous challenges we faced, I am requesting a partial refund for the inconveniences experienced during this important celebration.I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter.
