    Unfortunately for me, I fell in love with the layout and design of the venue after our first tour. I went home and did some research and after reading the reviews of how horrible communication is, the timeliness and priority of the staff, I explained to ********, how I would really love to book this venue however the reviews were steering me other ways. She reassured me things would not go how they seem in the reviews and that majority of those reviews were regarding a third party event planner who would use their name of the **** and go by treasure banquet events or something similar. Unfortunately I fell for the cover *** & booked my wedding in January for 11/14/25. One thing after another throughout the planning process, either last minute cancellations, 3 weeks no contact when I was supposed to be given a food tasting time & would often take ********, 2-3 days to respond to a text message or return a phone call. Says they are closed ***************** but scheduled my food tasting to finally happen 2 weeks ago on a Sunday & woke up to a cancellation message that morning. When expressing my frustration with the owners, they kept offering to throw in free incentives, mind you the throne chair, dry **************** letters were all thrown in for prior inconveniences. Eventually I draw a line because this has just gotten ridiculous. When speaking with the owners ***, he said we can just cancel my event, of course thats easy for him to say, as he didnt send deposits to all other vendors for that *************** Needless to say I insisted on the refund as I would rather find an entirely new venue with 7 months remaining and not deal with this mess.
