      I bought a Skytech gaming computer from best buy online on 11.29.2022. There was an issue with the RAM in the computer. After trying to contact Skytech multiple (at least 5) times, I was able to get their tech support to send me replacement RAM. However, there was no return address sticker sent with the RAM and I was charged $170 which I was told would be refunded after I sent back the defective RAM. Again, there was no return address for me to send back. After attempting for nearly 2 weeks to contact Skytech gaming with no response, I have decided to pursue other avenues.

      Nov 4th a pc was ordered from this company, received on the 8th. As soon as it was setup immediate issues were found, company contacted over a week, emails, calls and such. Company is refusing to honor warranty covered for said pc and ignoring anytime ive tried to ask questions about when ill have confirmation over said issue. Roughly $1285 was spent, and the product is completely useless without the piece that they themselves admitted was the cause of the problem. Ive attempted over and over to get in contact and when i finally did come into contact i was “blown off” and just fed information they thought would appease me till the next day. In the email below or wherever you see it, i haven’t received the shipping label not have I received any contact from the employee in which i have emailed multiple times after that asking for confirmation on when i should be receiving said label. With that being said, seeing as how im having issues with one component i may or may not have issues in the upcoming future with the rest of it and the fact that the company is not honoring their warranty is worrysome to me.

      Bought 3000.00 computer from skytech gaming, and the video card was having problems and it finally went out totally and I emailed them and they said the warranty had expired but the card manufacturer said that it has a 3 year warranty and won't acknowledge this exchange this as a defective card... need help

      I purchased a PC from this company. The pc came without a power cable or quick start guide. Additionally the display output did not work nor did the troubleshooting guides provided by the company.

      I want a refund or a replacement overnighted, and set up with white glove support to ensure a working pc.
