    On April 8th, our Waterdrop G3P600 Reverse Osmosis System, 8 Stage Tankless Reverse Osmosis Water Filter, NSF/ANSI 42 & 58 & 372 Certified, Under Sink RO System, 2:1 Pure to Drain, Smart LED Faucet was delivered. We tried to install it two days ago. Halfway through we realized there are missing LOCK CLIPS. ****** will not remedy because they are a third party. I contacted Waterdrop directly via email and phone requesting that they ship me ALL of the missing LOCK CLIP pieces that were not included with this very expensive system. They are slow and nearly non-responsive via email. On the phone, I finally got someone yesterday to say they would ship them... through a very echoy phone call. I got another call today and could not hear what they were saying or excuse they were trying to give. I just want ALL of the LOCK CLIPS delivered (overnight at this point) to me so that we can finish installing the water filter and safely use it without risking any of the waterlines falling out. It should not be this difficult. Please help us get our lock clips. Thank you.

    Purchase date, 7-22-2020 of Waterdrop ***15 through amazon, ***** based company. The ***15 split open on the top seal area on 12-5-2021. Still under the lifetime: 24 months/16,000 gallon warranty. Unit #CAAF0&v1V1W21J, (which i have). I called first time 12-6-2021 to the **************, there USA support team. Was reassured the legal team would be calling. Second call, 5-10-24 to support team member, *****. Same response, no calls received. Why the lapse in time? My homeowners insurance rates went up $800.00 because the local restoration company here in ******, ID who restored my home after 4 months, applied the bill of $49,707.06 to MY homeowners insurance policy, not ********************** That's how I found out. I started corresponding with ******, china CRS on March 19, 2024 who has all the documents, photo's. She offered $4,000. Still no resolution, calls, emails from their insurance, legal departments, which I requested numerous times. Just round around emails and now nothing. This is my second complaint filed with BBB, no response from Waterdrop so you closed the case. I will be filing a complaint to the California Attorney General next. *****************************
