I purchased a countertop water filter from them in January. It was a new model that used a different filter. I'm not sure if they stopped producing that model entirely, but the filter is no longer available on their website. **************** emailed a return shipping label. I'm able to see that someone signed for it, but I never received my money. They won't respond to my emails when I ask about my refund status.

Purchased the Waterdrop Instant Hot Water Dispenser, Reverse Osmosis System, K6. It was great for the first month. Then TDS started climbing. I asked customer service about it and they basically said it's fine. There's no documentation about what's acceptable TDS so you buy it, get what you get. So we kept using it hoping it's better than unfiltered water (despite no way to know if 30 or 60 TDS is acceptable performance for a unit less than 5 months old or at all). Next it woke us up in the middle of the night because it got super loud. When i went to inspect, the unit was very hot, steam was coming from the sink drain it was hooked up to and the drain pipe was too hot to touch. I unplugged it and contacted them and they didn't respond. There is no support after purchase.
