    Do not do business with this company. My trash can lid also stopped working and the customer service will not help. For 2 months, I have been told that the item is out of stock and they are waiting for a shipment to arrive. They have no *** on when the shipment will arrive, jsut that they have one pending. They refuse to offer alternativce solutions, like another trash can or a refund. ********* has been an absolute nightmare to work with. I hope noone ever has to deal with this person or company. Sarcastic, delayed responses from this person. This company should go out of business.

    I would also give them a zero if I could I have tried contacting the company numerous times about a lid on a garbage can that fails to open no matter what we have done the garbage can is only 8 months old every time you call their mailboxes are full half of the time it doesn't even ring I've left message after message nobody answers nobody will call me back garbage can work great when it was working but obviously this is an issue from all the reviews I have read

    Terrible customer service. Will not honor warranty as no response from them. My experience is the same as the others. I forwarded all information they requested and then total silence from them

    Horrible customer service, I wrote to them to complain about my garbage can on September ******, they acknowledged my email on September 15th, with apologies due to high volume of complaints. I was instructed to trouble shoot my item and if it didnt work, take a video and upload to the email and include my address and they will ship me a replacement lid. I performed the troubleshooting and it didnt work. I uploaded a video and sent it on September 1******. To date as of November 13, I have not heard back or received any acknowledgment from this company. I tried calling and cannot leave voicemail as its full. All I want is a replacement lid.

    ************'S customer service is deplorable. It took over 6 months to receive my first replacement lid for a can that worked for approximately 2 months. I have communicated the need for either a refund or another replacement lid since early August 2024., but have not received any replies. At this point, I would like to receive a refund.

    AFTER OUR GREAT GRANDSON (2 1/2) BROKE THE OPENING MECHANISM ON THE WM-***** TRASH CAN, THERE HAVE BEEN REPEATED EMAILS SENT TO NINE STARS SUPPORT GROUP WITH "NO" REPLY TO ASSIST IN OBTAINING A REPLACEMENT LID. THEIR WEBSITE INDICATES THAT THE **** ARE "OUT OF STOCK" WITH NO INDICATION ON WHETHER THERE WILL BE **** AVAILABLE IN THE FUTURE. HOW CAN A COMPANY WITH SUCH GOOD PRODUCTS MAINTAIN THIER ABILITY TO SELL THE PRODUCTS AND ALLOWING SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Worst customer service! Motion sensor ******** can stopped working after 6 months and opened a warranty claim and sent proof of purchase from Amazon and nothing has happened When theres this many bad reviews on the same product model number there is an issue. Its faulty. I dont want a replacement lid that is going to stop working again, I want a refund so I can purchase another can from a reputable company.

    There is no customer service at this company. I had an issue with the automatic lid on my trashcan and found the replacement part was out of stock after many back-and-forth emails. They were unable to notify me when a product was back in stock, so I waited for more than a year. ( I am not able to throw or give away when it can be avoided )After receiving the replacement part, I realized I ordered the wrong size and I called and emailed multiple times (9) to arrange an exchange however this company took 5 weeks to reply, providing me the required RMA number so I could return it at my expense. They passively added in red, bold type in the reply that I should only email one time, as emails are answered in the order they are received, see below. "PLEASE NOTE: * * *We respond to every email in the order that it is received. Please refrain from sending multiple inquiries to prevent a delayed response* * *"It seems like their solution to faulty manufacturing is to ignore and hope we go away. If you want to avoid the headaches, buy from some other company.

    If I could give zero stars, I would!! I have been emailing and calling after trash can malfunctioned and nothing. I just want my MONEY BACK! I only have had this faulty trashcan for 3 months! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

    Similar to the complaint ********** filed below, my automatic trash can lid malfunctioned within the first year of a two year warranty. I even replaced the batteries, just like ********** did - nothing. Via their website, I filed for and received a warranty claim (#******) and received a response almost right away - I was impressed. Via email, I provided all the information they requested of me and then everything went cold. They do not respond to emails nor phone calls to their *******, ********** office. ******** is never at her phone no matter what time of day you call her during business hours. And if you leave her a voicemail, it will never be returned. A word to the wise: Be sure to go through Nine Stars Group's Yelp and BBB reviews before consider making a purchase from them. Now you might just get lucky and never have a single problem but if you do encounter a problem, please know that your purchase is trash - figuratively and literally. Do not know if it is possible to give them a rating below the one star that BBB has but, I could, it would be a NEGATIVE nine stars. Not happy about being ghosted by a company that, on the surface, offers a reassuring two year warranty but, does nothing to back it up. And I don't believe the ***** excuses they provided back in 2022.
