    I purchased one of this companies product and has had nothing but problems with it since day one. I have reached out to the company on many occasions but have not received a resolution. The lid just stops working. I have changed the batteries on many occasions. I have turned it off and taken the batteries out for a day, still does not work. I just want a can that works.

    i purchased an automatic garbage can from this company less than 6 months ago. In the site the company stated it comes with a three year warranty. The automatic lid broke and i filed a claim . i have written over six e mails which i can provide.. I have been corresponding with ********* ******** **************** Manager Nine ********************************************* *********************************************** They made it so difficult asking for pictures video etc which i provided. for over two months they claim they have no replacement lids however they are waiting for a delivery . I offered to buy another at a discounted rate however they claim they cannot do that . i just want a working can . I can provide all the emails if needed. They take days to respond they do not answer their phone.and they have apologized for the delay in contacting me. I just want them to honor their warranty and if they have no kids for my model they need to send me a working garbage can . Please help me rectify this The garbage can was less than 100 dollars . It almost feels criminal like theft by deception. . Please inform this company they cannot offer a warranty make the consumer do all these requirements which i did , offer a replacement lid then refuse to honor it because they do not have any replacement lids and there waiting for an order. I will gladly provide all the emails i sent and nine stars sent me back . I just want them to honor their warranty and i want a working garbage can . if they still do not have lids for my model after two to three months they need to send me an alternative garbage can . I just realized i started filling a claim in september of 2024 and they purposely delay it . If you are unable to read the emails please advise and i can forward them to your e mail so you can see the entire email as these are just pics. please have them send me a working new garbage can or a refund. Thank you

    I purchased a trash can in May 2024 for my new home. It is an automatic trash can. The lid stopped working in July. After looking online I saw this was a co plaint for a lot of people. I contacted the company several times under their warranty. Each time I was told someone would review my claim and get back to me. I have yet to be contacted or receive a lid.

    I purchased a trash can from this company for $55 on 12/26/23. The device began to malfunction in November 2024. I reached out to the company for a replacement because at the time it was still under warranty. The company asked me for proof of purchase and I provided it. They acknowledged that it was under warranty and that they would replace it. I sent my shipping information on 12/13/2024 as instructed. As of today I have still not received the replacement. When I followed up on the replacement, I was provided with a screenshot of tracking information and a proof of delivery photo for a completely different address in another state. I let them know that the tracking information was not mine 2 weeks ago and I have yet to get a response. Something about this feels a bit shady and more than just a misunderstanding.

    on January 28, 2024 I purchased a trash can which had a 1 yr warranty. I wrote to this business on 1/6/25, 1/19/25, 1/31/25. I have YET to receive a response. I was responsed to on my email from 1/6/25, saying that it usually takes 4-5 business days for someone to get back to me. I have called, the phone rings, then I am put into OZ! The lid has stopped working on this trash can. If they cannot replace the lid, I would like the entire trash can replaced, or I would appreciate a refund of $64.37, receipt attached.

    7/11/23 Amazon order Ninestars DZT-***** Motion Sensor Trash Can, *** silver has 2 yr warranty. Lid sensor doesn't work, ***lace batteries & trouble shooting sensor lid doesn't open or close. 12/30/24 filed warranty claim with company. I received email from Support Team my claim was received and a ticket was issued. Support *** will review and respond 4-5 business days. As of today I have not heard from anyone.I have been calling everyday since 1/6/25 to present and no answer. **************** Voice mailbox is full, unable to leave message. Operator no answer msg. box is full. I have emailed several times no ***ly from anyone.I want a ***lacement lid shipped to me. If not I request a full refund for entire amount charged as this is still under warranty. THIS BUSINESS IS UNREACHABLE.

    I purchased an electronic trash can on 9/17/24. Within a few days, the lid stopped functioning properly. I contacted the manufacturer, told them about my issue. They responded with attached instructions. I did everything they said to do and have heard nothing more from them even after multiple attempts to contact them again. I want a functioning trash can and/or my money back to I can buy a functioning trash can from a different company.

    I purchased a trash can in May of 2024 and 4 months later the sensor lid stopped working. There is a 2-year warranty on the lid so I filed a warranty claim on Sept 24th. Nine Stars contacted me via email on Sept 30th and, after sending them a video of the lid malfunctioning, they indicated they were sending a replacement. I did receive a lid on Oct. 8th however it was for a much smaller trash can than what I have. Nine Stars requested a picture of the lid I received which, as requested, I did provide to them on Oct 9th. They did not respond to my email that included the picture, nor have they responded to 2 other emails I have sent them; Oct 16th and Nov 2nd. I also cannot reach anyone on the phone.

    Reached out because lid for trash can is defective. This was on 10/2/24. I have tried 4 more emails and still no response. So I called the number during business hours and no one answers the phone and voice mail is not accepting messages. It's been 2 weeks and they say they respond in 4 - 5 business days. Will no response i feel this must be a scam with no support and no live people to answer. All I want is a darn lid that works.

    We purchased a trash can that had a warranty. The lid stopped closing all the way and is ************ is still within the warranty period and the company is refusing to respond to our emails to replace the lid. They asked us to do few steps to get it working but it didn't fix the problem and we notified them. No response to our calls and emails since then.
