    I ordered a VB1 Adult Tryckle Bike from VIRIBUS and it came defective with a main part that was installed wrong in manufacturing. This company is known for giving people the runaround and terrible customer support. They havent responded to my emails and on the phone the representative refused to talk to me about refund for the defective bike and said to wait on another email.

    I bought 2 purcheses on 11/26/2024 off the ************************** site, a tricycle and 2 orders for bke peripherals, a seat and mirrors. I gave my correct address buying the orders on viribus.com.However viribus uses an app called shop to generate the final orders from the ************************** orders that the customer initially generates. Shop had apparently handled my purchases some years before and it had an old address, over 5 years old for my address field. (I moved from CA 5 years ago to my current address.) Viribus added my newer, correct address to my address list, but did not delete the old address. (see attached screenshot of my address list in shop),Unfortunately shop defaulted to the 1st address in the address list, which was the old CA address, and generated orders using the old address. Not the current address, which was ADDED to the address list by viribus, and so was the 2nd address in ***When I got the confirmation emails for the orders I noticed they had the old, now wrong, address. Though I had submitted the newer, correct address. I could not edit the shop generated orders, which said to contact customer support if there was a problem.I immediately contacted customer support by phone, and email, asking they correct the shipping address. Since 12/26/2024 I have been in a hopeless battle with customer service, who refused to correct the address error. As of today all orders I paid for have been delivered to the incorrect address. It's a rental house and I do not know resides there.I have asked many, many times that viribus refund to me these purchases which I paid for my credit card, since they were never delivered to me, and since they refused to correct the shipping address. They refuse, just arguing with me and repeatedly deleting my communications.Please have viribus refund my money I paid in good faith for items they refused to deliver.This is by far the nastiest customer service I have ever known.

    I am very upset. I purchased a brand new bike and the part 5 for my bike wasn't included in the box. I reached out to the company and they wanted 100 dollars for a replacement part. Like are you kidding me? I purchased a bike already for nearly 300 for a complete bike, not a bike I can't put together because one of the parts is missing. I don't have 100 dollars to fork over when this is not my fault that there is a part missing in a brand new bike. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

    I just want a functional bike. The throttle And pedal assist went out, I contacted the service agent, I was told that this was a controller issue and they would send me out a new controller within a couple weeks and that the parts were already on order. A couple weeks later Im told that the part and the model of bike are out of stock and that my only course of action is to pay for a new box and ship the bike back to them for a refund (they would cover shipping) all I desire is a functioning bike. I want the part they said they would send me. I attempted to reach customer service this morning (Monday August 19th at around 10:45 am) during hours they stated they were open during and I recieved a voice message saying they were offline.

    I ordered a bike from Viribus. Parts of the bike came bent such as the large gear in the center of the bike. Viribus told me they could replace it but they needed a picture of the gear, which I provided to them. Viribus then told me they will not replace the gear because it was not verified by a bike shop. No where in their return policy does it state this I'm now preparing to send the entire bike back.

    On 03/06/2024 I purchased a second Viribus Adult Tricycle 7 speed bike from the Viribus website order#**** i received the second bike on 03/12/2024 and attempted to have a professional put the bike together on 03/18/2024. both bike's they sent me should have never left the factory as the chain is wrapped around the frame of the bike leaving it completely unusable I have pictures I also had a professional repair/handyman come try to fix it he said it should have never left the factory I asked for a full refund and I'm well within the guidelines to do so but they're refusing me and only offing me $30 on the grounds that "they can't inspect it personally " (I have the emails) but that's unacceptable as I paid for a ************ and they sent me one with the chain wrapped around the frame leaving it unusable
