My wife and i found a vehicle we liked. The ad and the salesman (******) said that the car was in "excellent" and "perfect" condition. After repeatedly telling them we were financing through our own bank, they continued to push my wife for the paperwork they wanted run through the dealer. The car showed up two days late. When the transport guy went to take the vehicle off of the carrier, the car wouldn't start. Then after my wife helped him jump it, when he pulled it off the carrier, he gouged the rim on the trailer and ripped the front valance as well. When she got in the car, it was horribly dirty inside, with red kool aid looking stains and many many other stains on the carpet, the seats are ripped, and there was only one key for it. She went to drive it and noticed the suspension seems to be locked up or something because it has violently stiff suspension. After about 100 miles, the check engine light came on. The car locks randomly, and the stereo doesn't work all the time. My wife took the car to the local dealer to have them check out, and to my amazement the dealer they showed us a quote for ***** dollars. The struts are seized up, the upper and lower ball joints are destroyed and need replaced immediately. The dealer says its a safety issue. The injectors are no good, which is what caused the check engine light. Needs a new intake manifold, alignment, plugs, wires, and differential service, and a key fob,I put 10k down on a car and financed 18k. Now they want 10k more just to get my family on the road. I called them and sent them the quote from the dealer and asked if they could help fix some of this as its a safety issue. I have emailed over a dozen times and called *************************************************************************************************** now. I want them to either help fix, or refund me some money, or take the car back.

Dealership overcharged me $2995 with no explanation.I called back to try and figure it out and they said it was dealership "fees" previously discussed having no fees and they also were running it as a Labor Day sale special. He also changed his answer saying it was dealership feed but changed his answer to then saying it was a Paint warranty which was never discussed, brought up or addressed. Also nothing in my contract etc says anything about dealership fees or "8 year paint warranty". The charge is listed as "Cash Price Accessories" leaving no explanation. I didn't realize it because i got into an altercation at the end with someone which caused me not to be paying close close attention. They also have the sheet laid out in a predator and way that is misleading with two separate things saying "Total Cash Price" in two different locations with two different prices! It was my first time buying a car before going to the local community college and being mentally distraught I wasn't paying attention and they slipped it in there knowing I missed seeing the final price because I was also only putting a certain downpayment down.

We do have paint protection and 3m film protection on all of our cars. We usually sell both for $4000. All of our forms are California legal forms. Not sure what altercation the customer is about.

I traded in my car for a new used car with so *** Preowned in orange California When the car was dropped off, I met with the salesperson, ******, who seemed to be in a hurry. He insisted he had to go, leaving me with a rushed inspection and incomplete introduction to the vehicle. This haste led to several criti*** issues being overlooked.First, my name was completely wrong on the registration. When I pointed this out, ****** brushed it off, saying I would have to fix it later. This error has caused me significant inconvenience and extra effort to correct something that should have been done right the first time.Second, once I got home and had a chance to properly inspect the car, I discovered paint chips all over the hood and a **** in the windshield. Additionally, there were ****s on the lower part of the car towards the fenders by the doors. These defects were not pointed out to me during the rushed handover, and now I am left with a car that is not in the condition I expected. Additionally, the car was not even super clean, which only added to my frustration.Despite these problems, the dealership still expects me to pay the $1,000 down payment. ****** even tried to imply that I was responsible for the rushed process because I offered him coffee, which I did. However, that shouldnt mean I was satisfied with the rushed process. I had merely used the bathroom at ********* and got a drink for myself. To make matters worse, today ****** ***led and asked where the money was. I explained that we are dealing with a family emergency as my husbands dad is deathly ill, and we had to leave town. His response was completely insensitive, saying, Sorry for your family problems, but you made a deal. I ***led the finance manager to express my concerns. He said that the dealership would fix the car at their cost. .

Date of Transaction - April 17, 2024 Amount Paid - $30750 including extra accessories that I don't want, taxes, registration **** I came in to the dealer to checkout a used EV vehicle that is priced below $25000. I specifically told ***** the salesman that I'm here to take advantage of the $4000 used EV credit, I can only afford used EVs below the required price. After negotiating, when it's time to sign the documents, I was asking ****** the finance person to give me a time of sales report that they need to file so I can qualify for the tax credit. He assured me that the business will do it for me and he can give me a copy once its completed. After the transaction was finished we saw that the final sales price excluding taxes and gov **** is $27796.38 which will make the purchase unqualified for used EV credit. So I went to ***** and asked that this purchase will not qualify because it is showing in the document that the purchase of the vehicle is above $25000, he assured me that I will get the credit and referred me to ****** again to explain the document. ****** talked to my wife and showed the breakdown of the purchase price and it's showing that the vehicle price is $24946.38 and accessories as $2850. We left after this but still uncertain of the situation. I called the same day asking for a document F15400 ***** said he know what document I'm talking about and would need to call back the next day and ask for ****** cause he's the one that could do the filing of this document.Called the next day and ask for ******, I got passed around and I was told to call back tomorrow morning and ask for the owner ******. The next day called and I wasn't able to talk to ******, ****** the finance person was the one who answered the phone and ask what do I need. He said he was busy and he only have a few minutes with me and my wife. So he gave his email for us to send him the form that we need from them. He also said he's not the one who does the *** document.

We do not sell any vehicles promising $4000 EV credit. We do not have any approval authority for these tax credits. We submitted the form to the ***. They make the qualifying determination. We apologize for any confusion it may have caused.

On September 5th 2023 I bought a 2019 Dodge Charger from Southern California Pre Owned. I paid ****** and got a loan though my bank. I am based out in Northern California so all of the transactions were done over the phone. In September 16th my vehicle arrived to me with no temporary plates and a plate thats registration went out January 2022. I called the dealership asking for them to send me temporary plates and they told me they sent me temporary plates via ***** They sent me a tracking number and I noticed the package was stagnant for about a week. I filed a missing package claim with **** and they have not been able to find my package. I called the dealership on October 10th and explained everything to ******. He told me it would be much faster for him to just issue me a new temporary plate, he said this time he would send the plates via ****** After still not receiving my plates on October 13th I called the dealership and spoke to ****** again and asked for a tracking number for my ***** package. ****** told me he would check on it for me and call me back and never did. I then called back on October 16th 3 separate times and spoke to a manager ******. I explained the entire situation to him and he said I was supposed to have received my DMV paperwork by now. I asked him if my address was spelled correctly on file and he spelled it incorrectly just like it was spelled on my original paperwork. I then told him the correct spelling and he let me know he would call me back. I never got a call back and called about 3 hours later and he still couldnt tell me if he fixed my address on my dmv paperwork or where my temporary plates are via ****** All I would like from the dealership is for them to take accountability for me not receiving anything . I would like my temporary plates and my dmw paperwork. I have been calling for a month with still no answers.

I submitted a cancellation request for my vehicle warranty within 30 days of purchase. I have confirmed with the warranty company that a check was mailed to the dealership back in March. Every time I call the dealership about my missing money, ***** claims she will call me back or have my finance manager ****** call me back. No one ever returns my calls and now no one knows where my warranty cancellation money is. It should be applied to my car loan from the dealership. My warranty was over $3,000 and it was paid for in cash. I need to know when the money will post to my account because according to *****, the money hasnt even been received. I should not have to call the business almost 10 times. They dont care because they already sold me a vehicle but I feel like they just want to keep my money at this point.

    - I am rejecting the businesses response because after I close the claim they stop working with me. Everytime I call they transfer me to voicemails and I never receive call backs. The business claims the check was delivered last Friday but Ally has not received the check.
    - I need:  For further research, please provide the amount of the check, check number, and address the payment was sent to. If the check has been cashed, please forward a copy of the front and back of the cashed check.
    - My desired solution is that the check gets applied to my loan.

I started trying to buy this 2018 ****** Camry LE from the dealer online through Capitol One Auto Navigation site and the vehicle was listed for $17,750.00. I spoke with ****** by texting so I have everything in writing from them. I started on march 14, 2023, and at no point did he or anyone else tell me there was a add for a paint ************** tag if the vehicle was stolen in the future I would receive $5000.00 like additional insurance. I had my printout from *********** that showed I was approved for the asking amount plus tax and lic. My terms were going to be $422.00 per month at *****% for 72 months with a $250.00 down payment. When I got to the dealer to sign my agreement I had done an application of theirs online because ****** said I need to do so, so I did. Before I arrived at the dealer they ran my credit ( why would they do that and bring down my score when I was approved by a lender already) ****** kindly had me sit at a workstation and said here is what it's going to be to buy the Camry. They had up the payment to $490.00 by saying the sealant and VIN insurance is an additional $3500.00 and they said I needed to put $1000.00 down. I had already set terms with Capitol One and they would be paid by no point on there website did they say about these ridiculous charges. I complained to Capitol One and they apologized and said that shouldn't have happened.
