I am very satisfied with All Reverse Mortgage, **** They always respond to my questions and requests very quickly and efficiently. Especially their mortgage lending agent, ***************** he is really a genius at the rate. I have never seen any other agents who can have such a high level of competence in handling the rate efficiently. And *** *****, his team member also always gives me very accurate guidance and information. The company gives you the best service in the reverse mortgage industry. I strongly recommend this company to everyone who needs reverse mortgage service.

Excellent!!! ***** the *** is a very intelligent professional. She really knows her subject matter (ie reverse mortgage loans). She provided me with an excellent quote & I told my spouse "we do not shop with any of her competitors--this is it!). As a *** I have closed many sundry loans with BOFA *****, ***, ****, *******, etc. conventional, SBA Signature loan, Asset based lending and the list go on & on. As a corporate & a public account CPA, it means to me so much to find someone in corporate America who actually care about her customer base. ***** would return my calls & answer all of my question. She is by far a rare person. It seems to me that she is the heart of the front office (medical nomenclature) of this company. I was concerned if I would quality for the program due to a previous bankruptcy. **** was given 'extra" items to verify and he did so with ***** and efficiency. He also kept me fully informed every step of the way. When an error appeared in my credit report, he is the one that got it corrected, despite my attempts to do so.
