The company exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the process. I do not write reviews but this company deserves to be acknowledged for their stellar service. **** and *** worked tirelessly, seamlessly, and logically thru the entire process. i was kept informed all the way, and the bumps were seen ahead of time by *** with time to react. the entire process was very fast, and **** had the lowest rates. i am extremely pleased with the end result but actually the entire process. i made several mistakes, and they had my back. this is a great team of professional people who are very knowledgeable.All Reverse Mortgage Inc.

Loan Processor ********************* was extremely helpful. She communicated with me often - both over the phone and by email - to keep me updated throughout the entire process about what documents were needed from me, and how far along we were. She accepted documents from me by US mail, email, FAX, and even text images - due to my own limitations. Wow! ******* was friendly and professional, and communicated clearly. I am glad that she was my loan processor, and I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in getting a reverse mortgage.Senior **************************************** was a *** to work with. She provided me with detailed information explaining the financing of a reverse mortgage, and how it works. She would call me and ask if everything was going okay with the process. Due to her diligence, she was able to substantially reduce the costs of my reverse mortgage, from those of the original company quote. This saved the day to make it possible for me to pursue a reverse mortgage. In addition, when my property was assessed lower than expected, *** provided me with the address of a nearby property that should have been used as a comp by the assessor - but was not. When this property was included on an assessment appeal, the assessor increased the value of my property by $51,000. Wow! Once again, this saved the day for me. My reverse mortgage would have never happened, if not for the efforts of ***. I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in getting a reverse mortgage.All and all, I am very satisfied with using All Reverse Mortgage, and with the outstanding service provided by Loan Processor ********************* and Senior ********************************************** you, thank you, thank you!All Reverse Mortgage Inc.

My loan officer ******* did an amazing job of navigating through the process of getting my reverse mortgage. She solved every issue in an efficient and very professional manner. She was absolutely tenacious in carrying the football across the field and into the end zone. Nice person, too. ***** to ****, ***, and ****** for literally breaking the sound barrier to speed this through. Everyone was professional and super to work with. I interviewed three providers and decided to move forward with **** based on ****'s clearer picture of the situation, the timing estimates, and overall knowledge of his field. Deeper into the process, *** was instrumental in guiding us through the impenetrable thicket of ****-********* forms, but we survived! ****** rushed our first payment by courier which was an unexpected surprise.
