    Elite 12 - point axle cap set - in raw for 2015 Harley ******** Ordered January *******, contacted via email and left message on business phone number no return message or call. Money has been taken from my bank account and they will not respond with shipping information.

    Ordered ARP bolts, website stated in stock. Got a call to discuss order after 10 days. The order shipped late and two bolts were the wrong size. After a few emails with a promise to correct the order nothing ever happened. They even edit reviews!Too bad the Company looks great online and has potential to do great but they are dishonest.This complaint is just a warning to other bike builders. You may not receive your order or get the wrong parts very late if at all.

    On 8/4/2024 I ordered several ARP Bolt sets and some other stuff. all showed in stock at the time of order. I have called several times and get the reply someone will respond by within 48 hours, I never got a reply. I have emailed the sales department per the website directions on several occasions with zero replies. As I type this, all the parts I ordered are showing in stock. No parts have arrived to me.

    I placed an order exactly 3 months ago (28 of may 2024). I received no email ever since and have had no news. No tracking numbers and it still says ''processing'' on their website. I sent over five emails just to know what is going on with my order or have any comeback and never got any answers. I just want to know if I will ever receive my item since it was very expensive and am starting to think I have been scammed.

    I ordered items from the merchant on June 21st, 2024. One of the items did not fit as I believed was advertised, and I contacted the merchant on July 1st, 2024 to see about returning the item for a refund, or as credit for other items. I continued to contact the merchant a total of four times, until they responded on July 17th, 2024. In their response, they stated the item could be returned. They provided me with a return address and a credit memo. I shipped the package on July 19th, and I received **** confirmation that the item had been received by the merchant on July 22nd at 12:11pm.By August 7th, I had not received an update from the merchant, or a refund for the returned item. I contacted the merchant to request an update, but received no response. I contacted the merchant again on August 14th, and on August 20th, and have yet to receive any response, notification, refund, or the item returned.

    I made a purchase on May 16,2023. The product was backordered at the time. I sent an email on 3/27/24 asking for an update on the status of the product and got no response. I then began sending emails for a refund on 6/19/24, 6/29/24, and my final email on 7/9/24. I still have yet to get any response from Imzz Elite.

    Date of purchase: June 27th, 2023 Order # ****** Attempted numerous times to reach somebody through their company phone number. Not only was I not able to get through, only once was I able to leave a voicemail. Still never heard anything back. The only way Ive been able to inquire any information about my order has been though direct messages on instagram. On September 25th I messaged the company profile @imzzelite asking for information about my order. By September 26th someone messaged back saying they would look into my order. On September 28th I hadnt heard anything back so I messaged again asking for an update. They finally informed me they are waiting on materials to complete my order. On that day I asked for a refund. They responded Let me check on that for you. On October 3rd I asked for any updates. On October 9th I messaged again with just a question mark. They responded with Sorry about the delay, waiting on approval I waited 2 months to message again.On December 9th I messaged ******** on this refund approval? Its been two months nowI received a message today 12/10/23 from imzzelite saying Closed on weekends, will check tomorrow

    This order was already cancelled and refunded prior to this complaint being filed. 
    PS. We believe the BBB is an organization that extorts businesses to receive better ratings. We refuse to pay $500+ to the BBB to automatically receive a better rating. Although it's kind of gangster of them to pose as a legit organization, we won't be extorted.

    On 9/20/23 I ordered several ARP Bolt sets, and all showed in stock at the time of order. The total payment was ******. I have tried on several occasions to use the website chatbot messenger and get the reply someone will respond by email within 48 hours, never got a reply. I have emailed the sales department per the website directions on several occasions with zero replies. I called on Oct 26, Oct 31, Nov 1, and Nov 17 with no answers. Left several voicemails and received no callbacks. On Nov 8 I called and someone answered, gave them the order number and they said all the parts were in and would ship that day and I would get a shipment notice email. Well, no shipment notice came, On November 12 I called and again someone answered. Got the same response that it would ship that day and I'll get the email confirmation. Well, once again nothing. Checking as I type this, all the parts I ordered are showing in stock.

    Date of transaction: March 11th, 2023 Order #****** Amount Paid: $373.88 I ordered a sissy bar for my 2018 street ***, waited till April 29th, 2023 to email sales department in regards to the status. At which time, sales replied that the wrong pad was ordered and that they are waiting on that part. Contacted via email June 18th, 2023, no response. Called, no response. Instagram message, no response. Contacted via chat on their website around the beginning of August and managed to get a hold of a person who checked and told me that everything is completed and will be sent out next week. It is now September and have not received tracking details or a response back. I was patient enough to give it time, but no response after being told it was done is ridiculous.

    On July 31 2023 I ordered a (in stock) FXRT Fairing mounting kit for the total amount of ****** ***. It has been 16 days and I have yet to receive a tracking number or an expected arrival date. *** reached out several times through email and voicemail. At this time, August 16 2023, I have not received a response and id like to add that in the last two emails Ive requested my money back. Ive paid for good and services that I have not received and there is no line of communication open.
