I started my CNA course in the beginning of December and was set to be done by early January it was a 21 day course. I payed a little over $1,800. I missed 2 days which was allowed in said contact that me and the instructor signed. I knew I was going to have to make those days up and pay $100 for each Day. When I called to reschedule those days she said I wasnt allowed too and that I had too restart the program and I wasnt allowed on clinical site. I then called about a month later to reinstate in the program which I knew I would have to pay $800 like it was stated in the contract. She told me she would have to see about me being able to re-enroll and she would get back to me. My mother called and asked on my behalf because she wasnt taking my phone calls and was being rude. She hung the phone up on her and wouldnt answer her calls, I tried as well to call the institute but they arent taking or answering my calls. A good resolution would be for me to either get my money back so I can finish my CNA course somewhere else or for them to let me back into the program.

On two occasions (3/4/2024 & 4/14/2024), *****************************, the course instructor, verbally insulted, screamed, and threatened me with suspension. Despite being enrolled in a weekends-only class, I was pressured to meet weekday deadlines with short notice. I arrived in ****** on 4/16/2024 at 5:30 to deliver documents, but was forced into a meeting with ******************************* and Ms. ****** Despite requesting email communication, ******* denied it and questioned my partner's presence. He dismissed my complaints, presented a write-up, then abruptly ended the meeting by ripping the document from my hands and suspending me. I received a dismissal notice portraying me as the aggressor. The entire incident, including the bullying on 3/4/2024, should have been recorded by facility cameras. I've completed 5 weeks of the course, yet no status on my $2,300 payment or certification of hours has been provided. Attached are relevant email exchanges and my dismissal letter.

In 10-02-2020 I attended this schools restorative nurse assistant program. I contacted them months ago to obtain a copy of my certificate of completion (I needed it to renew my CNA license) and I was told I never attended this school. I clearly remember attending this school and have proof I attended (I have a receipt with their stamp on it, I have the textbook I was given, pictures of me placing me at the school, etc). They refused to help me and told me I was never there, like I said before I have proof I was there on 10-02-2020. I needed a copy of my certificate in order to renew my CNA license which I was unable to renew due to missing the units from the course I took here on 10-02-2020. I left a negative review on Yelp in regards to this business/ school. I am left upset, infuriated, and scared at the fact they lost all my information I provided them on 10-02-2020. I have been sent a cease and desist letter via their attorney on 12-16-2022, where they are claiming I am causing defamation. They are giving me until tomorrow 12-21-2022 to get a form signed through a notary public basically saying I'm lying, they want me to delete my negative Yelp review, and pay their attorney fees or risk further legal matters. This school is attempting to harass me into deleting my honest and real Yelp review, violating my First Amendment Right, and they lost my information! I gave them a copy of my ID, social security, and CNA license on 10-02-2020 what did they do with my information??!! I emailed their attorney back letting them know I had no intentions to sign their requested documents and if they petition the courts to wait once I return from my honeymoon. I will be out of the country 12-25-2022 through 1-09-2023. I am worried they will try to pursue legal action while I am away. The way this school has treated me is unjust, and downright inhumane. They are treating me like dirt that they can sweep under the rug. I am a human being! I paid for their RNA class 10-02-2022.
