This school is all about taking money from the students. The educator ****** is pretentiously nice when you first meet her, when she wants your money. Later, she demands unreasonable things like a dictator, but refused to show respect and compassion to her students like myself. She gives out codes to you to take quizzes one at a time, and you have to beg to get a code, like a dog for a bone. Even if you pass your quizzes with 98-100% ****** the dictator finds something else to complain about, and she refuses to give you the final code for the Final Exam! Since you cannot take the Final Exam on time, ******-the-dictator-manipulator starts charging you $100 per day for a "make up day" --- this school will rob you of your money! They do not teach you anything. You will be teaching yourself on line and reading books on your own, and watching videos on your own - they ONLY take YOUR money!

Run. This school is VERY shady. If you contract COVID-19 during your clinical hours, you will not be offered an opportunity to makeup your remaining necessary clinical hours.Instead, the ************ they offered to my cohort were to makeup all 100 clinical hours over again, or drop out of their program. This happened to me and a couple others in my cohort who likely contracted COVID from one of the skilled nursing facilities we were required to gain clinical hours at. I had completed all lecture hours, and 72 of the 100 required clinical hours. ACI administration was not flexible with me to offer a makeup solution. The enrollment contract they required me to sign did not protect me as a student from COVID-19 exposure, and they refused to refund my tuition of $1,700.After I was forced out of the program and was not allowed the opportunity to make up my remaining clinical hours, I was informed by several of my classmates mere a couple days later that the rest of my cohort was offered makeup clinical hours if they submitted a positive review of the school online.I wish I could speak better about this school but it is a hostile environment at ACI. One administrator screamed at me in her office, when I expressed struggling with my anxiety (YES, actually screamed). In my cohort, she was easily angered by students' questions relevant to the course material, and made preparing for the *** exam unnecessarily stressful.Based on my experience, I believe the administrators are extremely unprofessional and verbally abusive.
