    i tried to get help registering my unit on line- all to no avail. Gonzalo told me that i have to get help from someone else when i informed me that i am limited in technology. I then requested to speak with a manager. He told me that Mark was on lunch break. These all transpired on 10/24/22 at 2:40PM CST. I have not heard back to this time of entry. G****** did not reply when i told him that i can mail needed documents to accomplish the registration. I made this comment - "how do they accommodate people in same situation as me "?
