    I had a problem trying to download a software program Microsoft said the code had already been used Stack Commerce Customer Support ask me to provide some information after they verified what I sent them they gave me a different code and that worked fine. I will have no problem doing business with them in the future.

    I purchased the Microsoft Office Pro 2021 Lifetime License for Windows. When I tried to redeem the license code, I got the message that it had already been redeemed. I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my email submission was answered. Charlotte M. collected some information from me and then quickly provided a new license code and redemption link. I was on my way in no time. Thank you, Charlotte! Fantastic customer service!

    I was dubious that StackSocial could sell a legitimate copy of Microsoft Office for $40.00. I did some research and what I found seemed to be positive, so I decided to take a chance. The purchase went smoothly, but when I tried to activate the product I got a message saying the key they sent was in use.

    I contacted the support department, who within hours ... not days .. hours resolved the issue. I got my new key, registered the product and was on my way.

    Purchased a package that came with a software license. When I tried to redeem the license, it said it was already used. Contacted customer service and after they asked me a few questions to make sure I wasn't scamming, they checked into it and send me a new license code. It worked great. You don't get good customer service like this too much any more. Five stars!

    Hi everyone,
    I purchased Keepsolid VPN account from Stacksocial.com on the 27th of last April, and the service was a lifetime VPN subscription, but there were negative surprises after 3 months of use.

    While using Keepsolid VPN it was working fine, I was satisfied with its Medium performance; because the price of the service is really cheap, plus it will stay for lifetime as they claimed, but unfortunately after about 3 months of use as I said, it became almost impossible to use the service, and the speed became terribly slow, although I had a relatively high internet speed.

    Then an ad appeared to me within the KeepSolid app for a new service called (Lifetime Premium) and of course this puts pressure on customers to upgrade their subscription to it, for another $49.99.

    The bottom line is that the price I paid was for a medium-performance service for a period of 3 months only, not for life as they claim in the advertisement.

    I ordered a drone kit for my great grandson. We were going to be visiting in a few weeks and I thought it would be fun to work together in it. However he being an 8 year old he couldn't wait, so he and his dad put it together but something went wrong. They didn't know where to go for help so they waited till we got there. Problem then was it was past the time to return it. I contacted StackCommerce and was told about their policy so thought that was the end of it. But then I received an email from Madison wanting to know what happened. Madison worked through everything and arranged for a full refund as it couldn't be fixed or replaced. Madison went above and beyond what was required and I really appreciated that. Therefore, 5 stars.
