      I am reaching out regarding the *** fees for September and October, following a challenging onboarding experience with Albert Management after our home purchase through ********************** on July ******* closing, we received our documents from ********************** but were not provided with an onboarding process to set up our account with **********************. We were given a contact number and directed to call the main office. Upon doing so, I spoke with Salina, who is responsible for theCampanile community in **************, **. She assured me that an onboarding packet would be mailed immediately. Despite follow-up attempts, including a visit to the main office in ***********, I could not reach ****** and was redirected to other ****************** the absence of clear instructions and with no onboarding packet, we awaited further guidance. On October 29th, we finally received a billing statement forAugust through October, and on October 31st, the delayed onboarding packet arrived. Unfortunately, late fees had already been assessed for September and October. With the necessary account information from the packet, we promptly paid the November fees and set up our portal account.Our primary concerns center on the ******************** between ******** Homes and Albert Management during this process. As first-time homeowners, we relied on receiving proper instructions to fulfill our obligations. Despite several attempts to reach out and clarify our responsibilities, the late notification and insufficient support led to fees and confusion. Moreover, when we sought assistance, we were met with hostility from Salina, who blamed us for the delay, even though she acknowledged her initial commitment to sending the onboarding package.We have since made the November payment and sought clarification from **** at Albert Management, who has been helpful. However, no accountability has been taken for the delay in providing us with onboarding materials, and the responsibility for late fees.
