      Concrete by design installed pool deck, re finished our pool surface on 09/09/22. The contract has a (7) seven year warranty. The pool deck surface bubbled and cracked on or around December of 2023. After contacting *** and *** the owners of the company, they stated they would repair no later than May 2024 due to employee issues. After filing a complaint with BBB approximately 2 weeks ago, *** agreed to have the repairs completed. They did show up but did not finish the job. *** stated his equipment was back ordered for his compressor, but he would complete the repairs last week. The business never showed up or contacted me to complete the repairs under warranty.

         As I stated to **************** a part for our compressor was on back order and it finally arrived yesterday.  I left **************** and his wife a message today to schedule the appointment to finish the repair.   The repair will be set for next week if it fits their schedule.

        The repairs are still in progress and the job has not been completed.  *** and his team arrived yesterday 07/01/24, but stated they would come back today 07/02/24 to complete the job.

      Yes maam, the job was completed.  I apologize for not updating the BBB however I could not access the complaint?  Thank you for following up, I sincerely appreciate your assistance.
