  Renova Energy marketing, sales, installation ( after 9 mo wait)- for most part was professional and consistent with good business ethics. The contract invoicing from the first deposit- came w a wrong installation address-, initial drawings were drawn wrong and had to be resubmitted causing major delay for permit authorization by the ********************. Invoicing receipts for material delivery, etc as project was being constructed came with wrong installation address once again on all invoice receipts. The last payment that should have been invoiced in Oct of 2023- was never sent by their accounting **** until after an Unconditional Lien release stating I owed them nothing- Then started invoicing and threatening collections after FIRST INVOICING ME ON 1/23/2024 for the last payment. Continued threats from clueless *****************- no letter or personal communication to explain that they had made an error in not sending the final invoice and claimed the Unconditional lien release was sent in error- just ignore it! Lucky for them they misdated the Lien release- with a date of ******************************** 2023- I identified it for them- oh well- just ignore it! My request to speak w someone in charge was ignored - there is no personal care for their Customers- so I paid them in full more than 2 weeks ago 1/31/2023 and was reassured that the collection manager he would personally follow up w receipt and proper lien release. Nothing. The accounting **** has major issues at Renova and I would not recommend them - I was a repeat customer - Never Again- ********************** was unprofessional and all focused on setting up businesses in AZ and Nevada- their internal incompetence will be their downfall. Sad but true

  My experience with Renova was not bad.
  They were very patient with us and gave us the best options, even though our request was unusual for a residential property.
  It was fast once construction actually started, while we were in the middle of the solar installation rush.
  The neighbor's house which was started at the same time by another company was left much longer with the roof tiles torn off, so we were glad we chose Renova.
